Howling Wolf Mist

Chapter 6

Alexandria's pov

I felt so warm and relaxed. It has been a while since I slept in an actual  bed.  Wait a minute a bed? I immediately opened my eyes. I found out why I was so warm too. There was an arm over my stomach. A masculine arm to be exact. Then everything that had happened yesterday flooded back into my head. I'm stuck doing what ever this idiot wants me to do and he is my mate. Then I remembered telling my pack I would meet them in the morning. I sat up only to be pulled back down. I looked over at Alexander and there he was sleeping like a baby curled up next to me hugging the life out of me. I tried to get up again and he pulled me down harder.
"No stay" he mumbled still sleeping.
I lightly growled. I wanted to get up and get away from him for now. I don't even know him and he doesn't even know me.
I tried to get up again and he pulled me right back down and pulled me to him.
I huffed in annoyance and just stayed where I was. I looked at the clock in the nightstand and saw it was only 4 in the morning I guess I could sleep for a bit longer. With that I drifted off into sleep again.

'Loki! Loki pwease hewp me! Pwease!!' Sony screamed through the mindlink.
I jumped up from the bed lightning fast.
'Sony where are you?!' I questioned.
'I-I dunno! I'm lost a-and there are these humans who are being mean to me!' She cried.
'Sony I'm coming!' I yelled.
How was I going to find her? I thought then it clicked in my head. Just be one with nature. I closed my eyes and saw myself in the huge room. Then I pictured Sony and then I saw her. She was in a clearing in the woods. I had never been there but I quickly made a path to find her in my head once I had it I opened my eyes. Alex was infront of me looking very concerned and confused.
I growled then ran towards the window. We were on the second floor I could easily land this jump. I jumped through the window and spined while I shifted then landed on my four paws in a crouching position then I sprinted off following the path I had envisioned where I would find Sony.
After about a minute of running I found a bleeding and whimpering Sony along with three other wolves. I sprinted to them and tackled the bigger wolf that was looming over Sony. We went down rolling and then I ended up on top. I got off of him and backed up to Sony and I growled.  This growl was very intimidating I didn't even have to shake my fur to look bigger because I was definitely the bigger of them all. The three wolves growled back and started to circle me. By now I was in a fighting stance with my head level to my back, my ears were completely forward and my teeth were bared. I was first showing them who was dominant then not to come near me because I was going to fight them if they came near me. And all it took was a whimper from Sony to make one of the wolves ram into my side. The wolf bit into my back bit couldn't do much damage because I was all muscle. I easily shook him off. Which in turn had another wolf biting my shoulder. I growled and bit into his shoulder and he instantly let go of me and started yelping and becoming submissive.  I let go of the hold I had on him then hit the back of his head knocking him out. I turned around to meet the other wolf eyeing me and I didn't see the third wolf. But I could smell him. He came running from behind me but before he could do anything to me I sidestepped and he flung himself into the other wolf  and somehow knocked each other unconscious.  I growled again and looked for Sony she was laying on the ground panting and whimpering if she tried to move. I quickly ran over to her and began looking at her wounds. She was losing a lot of blood. I could barely hear her heart beat it was getting slower and slower. I licked her face and barked at her trying to keep her awake because she was too weak to communicate through the mindlink. She was slowly fading away to the darkness. I put my paw on her above her heart and I felt this warmness spring forth from me. I had no idea what it was but I didn't miss hearing Sony's heart beat get stronger and louder.
I found another power, I could heal.
She opened her eyes and they were brighter then before she slowly got up. Her wounds had almost completely healed from me. I was so happy I had her back. Now to figure out what happened. 
'Sony what happened?'
'I wanted some freash air because it was stuffy in the barn and the horses were all very loud so I went for a walk. While I was walking these three humans come up. Two of them turned wolf while the bigger one stayed human. He started talking with human tongue and I didn't know what he meant. But I think he said the word shift. I looked at him confused and I started to walk again. He grabbed me by the neck and told me to shift I yelped and started whimpering and he only seemed to get madder then he looked at the two other wolves then he threw me to the ground hard and he turned into a wolf. I was so scared I was shaking. They traped me and then started biting me and throwing me against stuff then you came and you kicked their butt!!!' She said.
I was beyond pissed. The reason is you can smell the difference from a wolf and a werewolf.  A wolf has more of a wild scent while a werewolf has a mix of human and wolf but more human, And Sony is a wolf so she can't shift into a human because she isn't a werewolf. I growled and turned around to see Alexander standing there confused. I growled at him then looked at the three unconscious wolfs then lunged at him. He wasn't expecting me to lunge at him so he fell onto the ground. I got into his face and growled he said he would keep my pack safe. He lied his own pack members attacked my pack member and she was a pup. He shifted into his wolf and got from under me. He stared at me and whined. He didn't know what was going on or why I was seething.
'YOUR PACK MEMBERS ATTACKED A PUP!!! YOU SAID MY PACK WOULD BE SAFE! HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO NOT KILL THOSE THREE MUTTS RIGHT NOW?! HUH?!?! THEY DESERVE TO BE PUNISHED FOR ATTACKING A PUP NONTHELESS AN ACTUAL WOLF PUP NOT A WEREWOLF PUP! SHE DIED AND I HAD TO BRING HER BACK TO LIFE! HER HEART STOPPED BEATING SHE HAD LOST ALMOST ALL OF HER BLOOD AND THOSE THREE IDIOTS ARE THE ONE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS! How could you let your pack do this when you told me they were safe?' I screamed into his head.
'Your pack is safe here! They will be punished for attacking a wolf pup I will make sure of it! And what do you mean you healed her? If she wasn't breathing how is she breathing right now? If she had lost almost all her blood how is she alive right now?' He asked.
There was no way I could explain it to him without him thinking I was lying so I shared my memory with him.
'Woah how did you do that?' He asked.
'The same way you talk through mindlink.'
'So they really did attack her? Why would they do that she is just a pup?' He asked.
'I don't know maybe they thought she was an actual werewolf and could shift. Plus pure breed wolf pups are a lot bigger than werewolf pups. So they probably thought she was a teenager that could shift.'
'Ok I will take care of them. Go back to the house.' He ordered.
'I don't know who you think you are but I have a pack to look after.'I said.
'Yeah our pack.' He said.
I growled and turned away from him. I can't be around him for very long or I will do something absolutely stupid.
'Loki you can take control for a while. I know you want to stretch your muscles. Just don't do anything stupid.'
'Thanks Alex and I can't promise you that.'
I could hear her smirk through the mindlink. I let her come forward and my eyes turned violet. Knowing Loki she would check on the pack then go on a long run. She picked up sony by her ruff then began trotting to the barn where her pack was going insane.

Loki's Pov

'Alpha Loki what happened?!' Sony's mother cried out.
' She was attacked by some weres.'
'But why did I loss my connection with her?' She cried louder.
' She died but I brought her back and she will be fine.' I said reassuring her.
' who did it?!' An elder asked.
' Just some stupid mutts who will be attended to very shortly. '
I put Sony down and she l licked my muzzle and then ran to her mother who began licking all the dried blood off of her.
I checked on everyone then when I was satisfied that everyone was okay I want on a run trying to figure out the land. I went through all the land and memorized it. I heard a waterfall so I went towards it. It was extremely beautiful. I slowly went in and swam a little. Then I sensed someone's presence so I growled. Then I could smell the wolf it was Bryson.
