I quietly exited my best friends room to go see what song Harry says suits me. I feel like a rebel. I knocked on his door then opened it. "Come on" he said as soon as I sat on his really comfortable bed. I groaned as he took my wrist and pulled me down the stairs "Harold where are you taking me?" I whined "just shhh and follow" he said slowing down the pace as we stepped out front door.
He stopped and opened my truck passenger side door, I hopped in and he shut the door before running around to my driver side door.
"I really need to learn to lock my car" I said and he chuckled "yea but anyways just listen" he said going through his phone. Once he found what he was looking for he smiled ad set the phone down on the dash board. I waited until I heard the beat of 'BFB' by Victoria Justice "are you freakin' serious?" I asked while laughing "yup" he said with a cheeky smile.
"Oh god" I said as he sang along getting into the song "tell me this so isn't perfect for our situation" "well it kinda depends on what our 'situation' is" "can I ask you something?" He asked playing with his thumbs "sure" I said fixing my body so I was facing him "never mind i'll ask you later"
"no ask me now please" I begged "no ill just ask you later it won't make a difference" "aww are you to nervous to ask me" I said and lightly pushed him "no I don't get nervous around girls I just don't feel like asking you right now" he said sounding kind of unsure "I guess, what ever you want Harold" "damn right it's what ever I want" he said and I laughed "okay was that all you wanted to show me cause if she wakes up and I'm not there she is going to think we're doing something" "alright goodnight then i'll see you tomorrow" he said before I got out of the car.
He was a few feet behind me so I left the door opened for him and walked into Gemma'a room where she still laid passed out.
-the next day-
~Harry's POV~
I stayed up all night. I don't know why I wasn't tired at all. But I stayed up all night think about what she asked. If I was nervous of course I said that I wasn't and I didn't lie I never get nervous around a girl but when she asked I was I didn't want to ask her on a date yet cause I was scared of her answer. What if it's a no. What if it's a yes but the date goes horribly wrong and she never wants to talk to me again. God Harry shut up. I'm going to ask her today before she leaves. Should I? Yes I should and I'm going to. No I'm not. Am I the only one who has an argument with themselves I their head? Would that be weird if I am? .UHHHGGGGGG! So stressed out. I checked my phone and I was 8 o'clock in the morning so I got up and put on a pair of black shorts and brushed my teeth to go for my morning run.
As I walked out to get a water bottle out of the kitchen I saw Gemma and Alex sitting at the table drinking coffee "where are you going?" Alex asked not looking at my face but my body "uh for a run" I said covering my stomach with my arms and she shook her head looking back at her coffee "what time will you be back?" Gemma asked "probably like an hour if I don't go to my friends house but i'll most likely come back after I run for a shower" "good cause we we're going to go see Despicable me 2 if you wanted to come with us" Alex said "YEA!" I yelled.
I really want to watch that movie but never really got around to it.
"I think you are more excited to go then the kids that it's really for" Gemma said and they both laughed "don't judge me" "well guess what Harold.....you have been judged" Alex said "psht what ever just don't leave with out me" I said walking out of the kitchen.
The cool breeze hit my chest as I shut the front door behind me and started running. As I was running that really hot blonde that I always flirt with came out to run just like she does every morning. But this time was different.
"Hey Harry" she said running next to me "hey Kim" I said with a smile and kept running "are you okay?" She asked "yea I'm fine why?" "Because this morning your different you usually stop running when I come."
I wasn't flirting I wasn't checking her out I was barley talking to her and she'a right I usually stop running to flirt with her but I'm not. I want to but something inside me is telling me not to and that part has full control if my body.
"I don't know I guess I just got a lot of things on my mind but I have to go" I said turning down a street that I have never taken before for my morning run.
I can't already have feeling for her I just met her yesterday. I can't I mean I can but I'm not that type of person to like someone that fast. And to fall in love I have never said I love you to anyone besides people in my family. Have I heard it? Yes I have. Have I said it? Not once to a girlfriend. I don't fall in love and Im waiting for that one girl to make me say it and feel it.
I guess my legs knew we're to go cause before I knew it I was back in my front porch. I say on the chairs out front and drank my water and rested my hands on top of my head to help breathe better.
"So that was your hour run?" "Holy sh*t" I jumped in my seat holding my chest "scare you?" Alex said sitting next to me "no I just like jumping out of my seat hold my chest" "well then mr. Sarcasm well hurry cause the movie starts in an hour and I heard how you take long showers" "alright i'll be ready in half an hour" "is that a bet?" "Yep" "what is the reward for me when I win?" She asked.
Alright i'ma do this. I'm a genius.
"Okay if I win if I'm ready in half an hour then you go I a date with me and if you win then I go on a date with you but i'll pay" "so either way we're going in a date? Was that your way of asking me?" "That.. Yea so if I were to put it in a question what would your answer be?" "It depends when and where?"
So that is a yes with out her actually saying the word yes. WOOHOO!
"Friday at the movies since you get off at like 9 we can watch a movie around ten then i'll take you where ever"
"Sure" she said smiling.
