My New LIfe

Chapter 7

"Mr. Howard, what are you doing here?!?" I screamed trying my best to cover up my bare chest. I was getting out of the shower about to start my day. "How did you get into my house?" I finally got the towel around me but it was to late. In a blink of an eye, Mr. Howard was standing in front of me ripping my towel off my body. I stood in the middle of the bathroom naked and searching for something to get a hold on to.

"Why try to cover your body? It's so perfect my Goddess." He said kneeing at my feet like he was going to worship me.

"I have no ideal what you are talking about?" I felt my cheeks getting hot by the embarrassment of being naked in front of a person that is not Derick. Mr. Howard slowly got on his feet looking over my body before he made his way to my face.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about. I told you that I was going to take you away from him. You suppose to be my mate not his. Your scent keep drawing me closer to you I can't get enough." He place his hand on my face and started to trace my lips with his finger. I tried to shake away but somehow I couldn't move my body. I felt paralyze, hopeless that I can't even blink my eyes. My breathing got heavier when I felt his hands moved down my chest and over my breast. "You're so perfect." He kept chanting in my ear. I tried to move my arm but it was useless. It's like I was having a mental battle with myself.

"Don't try to use your powers on me it won't work. You're in my world now." He said in an evil voice. I felt his hand move over my stomach towards my hips. I have to get out of here I have to find the strength to move.

Mr. Howard lean his head to my neck and tracing a line from my neck to the nip of my ear with his tongue. I felt like throwing up. His hand move over my thighs rubbing it in a circular motion. Then his hand move to my inter thigh and move upwards.

"Derick!!!!" I finally found my voice.

"Honey. Essence' get up. Essence' wake up." Cold hand was on my shoulders shaking me. When I felt the use of my limbs again I started to fight back but this time at the wrong person. "Essence' stop it's me." I open my eyes and seen Derick perfect face staring at me with concern. He was on top of me pinning me down to the bed.

"How did I get here? I was in the shower." I told him in between breathe.

"Love, you been sleep the whole time. I was laying right next to you." That can't be right It felt so real. I turn my head and looked out the window. It was still dark. I felt like someone was watching me behind the trees in the back yard. I kept my eye glued to the forest while Derick spoke.

"Who is Mr. Howard?"

"My Accountant professor at school." I told him still looking out to the forest.

"Why are you having dreams about your Accountant teacher taking you away?"

I couldn't lie to Derick I had to tell him. " Yesterday when I went to class he ask me to stay behind to talk about why I been missing class. Do any human know about the ball today?" I ask him. I turn my head for a moment to look at him.

"Of course not only vampire know. What's going on?" He demand now. I turn my head again to look out of the window. They was still there.

"I think my Accountant teacher is a vampire. He threaten me saying that he was going to take me away from you. He even said he was coming to the ball." I slowly got up from the bed walking to the balcony. I open the doors and cool air hit my face. "Do you know anyone who can get into people minds and make them think things that's not real?"

Derick flash behind me wrapping his arms around my waist.

"No I don't sorry." He whisper.

"Dustin, can you come here for a minute." I slightly turn my head to the doors of the bedroom. I barely spoke beyond my normal voice knowing that he will hear me even if he was sleep.

A couple of seconds later Dustin was leaning on the door frame to the bedroom. He only had on silk blue boxers. His chest was bare again making me think about how he looked earlier that day with no shirt on.

"Just like you I hate wearing clothes." He said nodding his head towards me. I looked down at my half naked body. Derick flash from my side and back with my robe. He held the robe open so I can easily put my arms through. When I finally got it on I tide the rope into a knot. "You need something little sister." He said with a grin.

"Do you know anyone who can make people think things that's not real?" I repeated again.

"Um, yeah. I know one person his name is Rufus." He said walking to here me and Derick was standing. "He is a very dangerous person Essence'. How do you know him?" The grin from Dustin face was quickly wash away and return with a frown.

"What do he look like?" I ask making sure we was talking about the same person.

"He's my height, a little bigger than Derick, and have sea blue eyes." 

I stared at Dustin in disbelief. He describe Mr. Howard down to the tee. I went to sit on the bed afraid that my balance was off. I put my head in my hand and took deep breathe. I still had that feeling that someone was watching me.

"Essence', how do you know him?" Dustin repeated again.

"I don't know him as Rufus. His name is Luke Howard and he's my Accountant professor at school." I told him.

"Stay away from him." Dustin told me with a growl. I like at him still standing by the window. His eye was pitch black. I turn to look at Derick and he's was too. I stared at the forest feeling someone moving closer to the house.

"What do you keep looking at?" The two brothers snapped there heads in the directions where I was looking.

"Someone is out there I can feel them." I whisper to myself.

There was a low rumber leaving the brothers body. I could tell they were piss.

"We will handle this." They both said in unison. Before they could make out of the door I throw my hand up from where I sat and close the door. "What the hell?" Derick said angry at what I have done.

"I want to see how powerful I am. Cover your ears." I demand to them.

"Essence' we don't have time...."

"I said cover your ears!" Derick hit the floor on his knees while I force him to cover his ear. I have to learn how to control this I didn't mean to do that.

I got up from the bed to walk over to the balcony. Once I got outside I close my eyes to focus on the spot where I felt the presence. It took me a minute but I found the man. It was Mr. Howard or should I said Rufus standing northwest of the house behind tress. I got connect with his mind and heard everything he was thinking.

Why did you stop the dream? I was about to have fun with you. He thought.

I didn't say anything I wanted to get deeper in. I felt my body getting weak, knees shaking from the power I was using. I found where I wanted to be now it was time to end it.

You're in my world now, I thought to him. When I said that a scream came from out of Rufus mouth. I wasn't physically inflicting pain on him it was mentally. The more I push the louder his scream were. I moan out loud by the stress I was putting on my body. This was my first time using this much and now I feel like passing out. I push even harder and his body shook from what I was giving him.

I couldn't take anymore I had to release him. I fall on the ground weak and tired. I heard Derick voice call my name, but I couldn't answer. Everything went black.
