He's changed

Chapter 4

Sam and I walk to the back of the room and sit down. I try to exchange a smile with Colby but I was too scared. Instead he gave a glare to Sam, I didn't really understand why.

The teacher walks in and tells us to be quiet and sit for the whole hour. Sam and I just look at each other and smirk. She then left the room leaving the three of us alone. Colby was just staring at us for the first half.
"Are you just gonna stare at us or?" Sam says exchanging looks with Colby. I laugh at what Sam says because it was so out of the blue. "Haha funny" Colby mentions in a sarcastic way. I look over to Sam with a glum look on my face. "Why are you picking on her she's done nothing wrong" Sam exclaims raising his voice a little. Colby huffs in disappointment because he knows Sam is right.

----------------------------------------------The detention finally finished and we start to walk off. Sam and I started to walk home when he grabbed my hand and latched our fingers together, I couldn't help but smile. Sometimes I get confused about it because is it just a friend thing? Or am I over thinking things a bit.

Sorry about the really short chapter but I'm stuck on where it should go from here! Do you want Sam and her to get together or for her to get back with Colby? Idk comment your ideas bellow and i will use them and if you want to be in my story let me know and I'll add you in :)
