Accident • Phan

Dan dreads mornings. He and Phil fight almost every morning. For no big reason.

They fight if Phil drops a bowl

They fight if Dan asks Phil a question.

They fight when Phil is getting ready to leave to god knows where.

"Why do ask so many questions?!" Phil yelled. "Why don't you answer them," Dan said "You always ignore me." He said quietly.

Phil sighed. "Sorry." Dan looked up and scoffed. "You don't seem sorry." Phil remained quiet and Dan walked away

Later that night.

Dan came stumbling into the flat.

"Dan where were you?" Phil asked. "I was out," Dan slurred. He walked toward the kitchen, but tripped on his foot and fell to the floor.

Phil walked over and helped him up. When their faces were almost touching Dan leaned in and kissed Phil.

No spark. He thought. Nothing

"What happened?" Dan said when he broke down crying. "W-was it s-something I did? I'm sorry, Phil. I'll changed I promise." He sobbed into phil's chest.

"Please don't leave me." He whispered. "You can't beg for me to stay." Phil said quietly, got up, and went to his room leaving Dan alone.
