Jalen and I walked back to the cabin. 'What if I'm wrong about this?', I said talking to my wolf. 'Stay positive Moon. He said he loved you too. Why are you so worried?', she said back. 'I worry about everything you know that. I over think every move I make... He doesn't know how much he affects me. Every word... facial expression it can crush me or make my day. I love you means something. It's not just a phrase it's a commitment to someone you care about so much that it would make you feel terrible if they found someone else that is their version of perfect and it's not you...' I said sighing. 'Moon what the hell are you talking about? You need to stop being this way... I'm starting to worry about you.', she said sounding very concerned.
'Just forget about it... I'll be alright. I'm just tired of my emotions being played with...' I said stopping the bond with my wolf. I focused back on Jalen. "I want to go back to the pack.", I said looking forward. "You want to go back?", he said back. I could feel the look he was giving me. I didn't really know what he was feeling.
"If that's what you want we'll go back tomorrow morning.", Jalen said with a smile." Okay, that's good. Thanks, alpha.", I said with a plain face and kept walking. "Moon are you alright? You seem different?", he said walking after me."Not sure...", I said as my mind started acting weird. "We should get you home.", he said looking at me with worry in his eyes.
"It's okay. I'm just gonna go to sleep right here.",I started shifting into my wolf and rested my head on the ground. 'Moon what's happening?', my wolf cried out. "Moon!? Come on wake up!", Jalen said leaning down and placed his hand on my head.
*Jalen's POV*
I shifted into my wolf and placed Moon on my back. She was very cold. I had to get her to the pack. I started running in the direction of the pack. I reached the pack in about an hour. "Alpha!? You're back?", Catalina said looking shocked.
"We need a doctor... Moon needs help.", I said walking into the Packhouse. "Moon!? I'm so sorry!", Wolffie came running over to Moon. The doctor came out and picked up Moon and took her into his office.
"I have to see her! I need to make sure she's okay!", Wolffie said running over to the doctor's office. "Wolffie calm down it's gonna be okay. You have to let him do his job.", I said holding her back."I should have gone with her. She didn't deserve this.", she said crying.
The doctor called the nurses in to help him out. They had a defibrillator and other medical supplies with them. I was even more worried now. I couldn't mind link to her. The nurses came out of the room with the defibrillator and didn't even give us a hint whether she was okay.
The doctor walked over to us. He didn't seem to look happy."How is she?", I said looking at the doctor. "She has critical damage done to her brain. I don't know if she'll make it through the night but if she does she won't remember who any of us are.", the doctor said as he patted me on the back and headed back to his office."How could this have happened?", I said storming out the room.
