*A Month Later*
We we're all just standing around the hotel lobby waiting for our room keys. Shannon was quiet the whole time while everyone else was chatting away. She looked my way and smiled softly. I returned the gesture and yawned. I was exhausted.
"Okay."
Lexie said loud enough to catch all of our attention.
"James, Luke, and Skip, you guys share a room."
I rolled my eyes and scoffed.
"Beau and Jai. Me and the girls."
"You're better off sticking Luke in a room with Shannon."
James laughed and thankfully Shannon didn't hear. Or at least I'm hoping she didn't. Lexie handed me the room key and I headed towards the elevator. I pressed six and waited. James put his arm on my shoulder and yawned.
"I'm so tired."
"Same."
He replied.
After we were all settled in our rooms James and I decided to go for a swim. I changed in the bathroom and when I came out I saw my phone was misplaced. Weird. After we got ready we went down to the pool. We played volley ball but it was boring with it only being two people. James froze in his spot and I hit him in the face with the ball.
"Dude, what the fuck?"
I laughed and turned to find Shannon. I froze and bit my lip.
"Hey, Shannon!"
"Hi James, close your mouth. It's not cute."
She set her towel on a chair and let her hair out of the bun. She slid her shorts off of her body and sat in the chair and lathered herself in tanning lotion. She moved her breast around and fixed her top. She stood and walked over to the edge of the pool. She sat down and let her feet dangle in the water. James swam closer and laughed.
"Get in."
"Nah, not yet."
"Why?"
"Cause, I don't feel like it."
"Leave her alone, damn."
I laughed. Skip walked into the pool and she sighed. She stood and jumped into the pool. She swam to the surface and wiped her face.
"Holy fuck! It's freezing."
She said crossing her arms.
"Are your nipples pierced?"
James asked and I thought he was referring to Skip.
"Duh, he's been had them done-"
I stopped talking when Shannon laughed and nodded her head.
"That's hot."
I laughed.
"Yeah, I guess."
She giggled.
"So you like her that much?"
Beau asked.
"Yeah."
"Well, I mean, it's been a month since everything went down. It couldn't hurt to say something to her."
Jai laughed.
"I have an idea, we pretend we're doing dare or dare, and I'll dare her to make out with you to see if you really like her."
I rolled my eyes.
"Yeah, sure."
I said jokingly. We walked to the girls' room and walked in the door.
"Yes, welcome. Thanks for knocking."
Shannon rolled her eyes and I laughed.
"We're bored."
Beau sighed.
"Well, what do you wanna do?"
Caitlin asked.
"Dare or dare, we need a new video for our channel."
"uhh, sure.."
Shannon said slowly. Jai pretended to turn on his phone and 'record' our new video.
"Hey guys, we're the Janoskians. Featuring Lexie, Shannon and Caitlin."
Jai said and moved his phone around.
"Okay, Beau you first."
I said smoothly.
"Okay, Shannon Dare or dare."
"aw man, that's hard. Uhh, I'm gonna have to go with dare.."
"I dare you to make out with Luke."
Beau said and the girls went wide eyed.
"maybe we shouldn't record this one."
Lexie said and Jai put his phone away.
"uhh um. What?"
Maybe this was a bad idea.
"I dare you to make out with Luke."
He said repeating himself.
She got up and sat on my lap. Is this happening right now? I placed my hands on her waist. She wrapped her arms around my neck. We looked at each other in the eyes. She slowly leaned in. While I followed my actions. I closed my eyes as our lips connected. I felt sparks instantly. She smiled into the kiss and I smiled back. She grazed her tongue over my bottom lip. I gladly opened my mouth and she slid her tongue in. I pulled away after a minute or so. She got up off of my lap and sat down on the couch.
"Wow. I didn't think she'd do it."
Beau laughed and she smacked his arm.
"well, I don't wanna play anymore."
"Same"
Beau laughed.
"Mhm"
James smirked.
"What? Why?"
Lexie asked.
Beau winked to her and we left. Jai patted my back and smirked.
"Well?"
"I need her."
I laughed.
"She's perfect. Jai, you don't get it. I think about this girl twenty-four seven."
I explained as a smile grew on my face. The boys laughed and I rolled my eyes.
"Lexie should be texting me any seconds with the details of her side."
I laughed.
"She's probably mad that we did that."
Jai laughed.
"Caitlin is."
