chapter 6: the court day!!!

      voices scattered the whole court everyone whispering talking about the situation with my mother and I. "Order in the court" the judge shouted twice until everyone was quiet. "now ms. maiya, maria is your mother right" the judge asked politely. yes I answered in a hushed voice. "could you please explain to the court of America what happened and state everything" the judge said with a straight face. okay I answered umm it went like this she did this after my father had left her, they had a row and there was a piece I missed cause I was listening but my dad told me that my mom said if he leaves her she will force me to have sex with men, and its been going on for 3 months until one day I was tired, and decided to tell a friend what was going on I stayed with her until i told my dad what was happening. When my dad heard he came to help me and stop my mother who I believe is a psycho, so we set up a plan that I go back to the house and if she tries it again tase her which I did do cause she tried to tie me down with a rope and so I tased her. "so ms. maiya is Miachael your father" the judge uttered. yes sir judge i answered proudly. "Mr. Miachael do you approve of your daughters story" the judge asked my father still with not a smile nor smirk on his face. yes sir judge my dad answered surely. "ms. maiya can I get the name of your friend please" the judge asked politely with finally a smile. sure I answered, her name is kayla Jennings and if you like her mothers name is karmen spensers. I answered with a smile almost touching my eyes.

    "ms. kayla and ms. karmen do you both approve on ms. maiya's brief statement / story" the judge announced. yes and yes they both answered one after another. "okay now ms. maria lets here your side of the story" the judge announced to my mother. "well she is lying she always asked and beg to have sex with older men so I always was scared cause she hold a knife to my head every time she asked so I had no choice but to do it, until one day i discontinued it and she ran off and told her friends and father that i forced her to do those things." my mom said to the judge looking into his eyes with her lying tongue. "okay now that i have both sides of the story I now have to question you guys" the judge uttered to the crowd and us. so ms. karmen why did you tie your daughter down when she came back to the house. "well i didn't want her to be running off telling more people." my mom told the the judge with a inisant look on her face. "so why did you have men there in the house waiting on her." the judge asked my mom with a confused look on his face. umm they were my brothers. my mom answered sassily. "well according to your file you have no brothers so there for you could be guilty, now ms maiya you have won this debate". the judge said without his confused face.
