*Mira's pov**1 week later**Christmas Eve*
"Happy birthday baby girl!" Colby yells as I walk into his room.
"It's also Sam's." I point out.
"I know I already told him and gave him his present." He says.
"So here's your 17th birthday present." He says pulling a wrapped present out.
"Seriously Colby why?" I whine but take it anyway.
"Because its my girls birthday." He states pecking my lips softly I smile.
"Then kiss me like you mean it." I say he lifts his eyebrows playfully before kissing me again.
I'm so happy we got back together, Sam(pottorff) isn't speaking to any of us right now.
"Now open it." He says I sit on the floor with it him doing the same.
I rip the paper off then open the box throwing it to the side as I open the box that was inside it.
"Oh come on Colby!" I shout as I have now opened 7 boxes and there's more he laughs.
"Only three more." He says.
I open the last three before seeing what's in the last.
"Woah." I say in awe seeing the two rings.
"Promise rings." He says taking the one.
"I will always be-" I read it.
"Madly in love with you." He finishes.
That's what both of them have in engraved in them.
"I promise I'll always love you but I've never evened stopped for a minute anyway. And never to hurt you again." He says sliding the ring on my ring finger, I smile.
"I promise the same thing but I'll add in that I'll always laugh at your lame jokes." I say he laughs and I put the ring on his ring finger.
"Does Sam an our parents know about this?" I ask.
"Yeah I talked to both of our parents about this." He says I kiss him.
"I love you." I say.
"I love you too my girl." He says back.

"Hey Mom!" I yell as were video chatting.
"Happy Birthday princess!" She says I smile.
"Thanks Mom." I say she smiles.
"You all doing okay?" She asks I nod.
"I know Colby got you both promise rings." She says I bite my lip.
"That's okay... Right?" I ask.
We've known each other our whole lives. We've dated, and now back together. We were each others first everything. I don't think were to young, to love each other like this. We should love each other like this. This is true love, childhood love to forever love.
"Of course its okay." She answers "Where's Sam?" She adds.
"Um he's video chatting Jake I think." I say looking out my door to where his room is.
"What's your ring look like?" She asks shrugging off Sam.
I hold up my hand she gasps in awe.
"That's gorgeous." She says shaking head I nod.
"I love him." I breathe out resting my head on my hand.
"I can tell." She answers "everyone can."
"How?" I ask confused.
"The way you look at him, with total love. The way when you speak about him or are with him your face just lights up. You love him with everything Mirabetha." She explains I smile.
"Its funny how people can just tell when your in love with someone." I say she nods.
"Me and you're Father never even looked at each other like that. You and Colby will last forever I can tell." She says I frown.
Her and Dad never looked at each like that? They were never really in love, then?
"I have to go tell Sam I'm video chatting him later!" She says before hanging up.
"Sam! Mom's going to video chat you later!" I yell.
"Okay!" He shouts back.
"Colby!" I yell happily as I walk into the kitchen where he is.
"Mira!" He yells back playfully I hug him.
"I wish we had snow." I pout sitting down.
I wanted snow for once on my birthday, its always been my one birthday wish. That sadly never comes true.
He frowns. "Maybe next year?" He offers me, I shrug.
"Did you get everyone presents?" I ask seeing that the whole Christmas trees presents are almost to the middle of the floor.
"Yeah for everyone just like you did also and Sam."
I sent one to all of our family members an yes that includes Colby's, Julia, Jordan, Jake, my best friend. And I guess they did also.
"5quad is coming tomorrow." He says I nod.
And 5quad, magcon, O2L, Andrea, Jenn.
So everyone got a present from each other. Huge Christmas!
"Good I missed Zach!" I say he smiles.
"Such a sweetheart." Sam says walking in.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" I ask looking at him.
Its Sam pepper not Sam pottorful, or Sammy wilk, or Sam my brother.
"Not so sweet to me though." He answers laughing.
"You want to know my favorite YouTube video of yours?" I ask tilting my head to the side gaining both his and Colby's full attention.
"The revenge prank for fake killing Colby and scaring me and Sam for life." I answer sarcastically.
Colby trys to keep from laughing as Sam storms out angrily.
"Oops." I say Colby laughs kissing the top of my head.
"Gosh I love you." He says.
