Chapter 1

"Chelsea the new alpha and his family will be coming tomorrow i expect you to be present when he and his family arrives" our old alpha David said to me " Oh and i want to see what you're going to wear so put it on and come back and show me." He used to be nice but the stress changed him. He was like a father, he protected me when he could. But now he doesn't. He treats me like the others do, maybe even worse.

I left his office and went to my "room". I couldn't really call it a room considering it's the shed out back of the pack house. It's big enough to fit a cot, a dresser, and a mirror but not much else. I tried to find my best outfit for tonight. It ended up being a red dress with red flats. I put my hair in a bun and did my make up which was just mascara since thats all i have.

I then headed back into the pack house towards his office. I was about to knock as the door was yanked open. Behind that door was a woman. She was tall thin and beautiful. "David you better tell me why she's still here. I thought you kicked her out?" The woman said. Her voice was nasally and high pitched.

Martha. She used to be the pack slut and alphas almost Luna until she met her mate."No, i did not kick her out. She is to stay and be the pack maid until she finds her mate. Which will probably not happen and even if it does he will probably reject her", he then turned his head towards me and said,"Come here and let me see this outfit. Martha you may leave."

As she went out the door he turned and looked at me. "Turn." So i did slowly enough for him to analyze my outfit. When i faced him again i kept my head down. He walked towards me and pulled my head up. "I think you would look better with your hair out." He then took my hair out. He's being too nice he's gonna do something bad.

After he took my hair out his hand went to my waist and he squeezed. I whimpered from the slight pain. "You dont have heels do you? I can see if someone will let you borrow a pair." His other hand went to my hair. He grabbed a handful of my hair and pulled lightly. I whimpered scared anticipating what he's going to do. He bends toward my face and right as he's about to kiss me there's a knock at the door.

He sighs and laughs and whispers in my ear "You're lucky this time. Yes come in." A man walks in. He has the presence of an alpha. "Ah Alpha Lux how nice of you to show up early. Do you have business you would like to talk about?"

"Yes actually i do but first, who is this young lady?" He says in a way that makes me blush. "You don't need to worry about her, she was just leaving. Right?" He says aggressively. "Uh yes sorry alpha david ill leave you two now." I hurried out feeling their eyes watching me.

I went back to my room and took off my clothes. I looked at the time and saw that i have 3 hours so i set an alarm for two hours and went to sleep.

Sorry that i updated so late. I haven't been able to think or concentrate on the story. I have other chapters planned out but i just can't seem to get the chapters started. I hope y'all like it if not tell me whats wrong or what you think i should fix. I do not know when the next chapter will be published please don't get upset if its really late like this one.
