Dear E.

It's difficult enough for me to sit across you . To live across you and not hug you tightly as if the world is about to end . To kiss every part of you that faced the harsh reality of living in a world such as ours,but it's equally difficult to hold back a tsunami of tears as you sling your arm around another and act as if nothing existed between us.

As much as you brought light to my days in the times when I needed it most, it's so important for one to let go of something that is hurting them. I know, I wasn't the perfect person. I was messed up with issues that took place with bullying as the root. I hurt you a lot and you never said a thing.

And I understand what I did to you hurt you, but you've broken me in places I didn't even know existed and made me feel pain I hope no one will ever come to know.You are my first love. Perhaps the only book on my heartshelf that will never get replaced. This book can gather dust but I will never forget you.

And yes, you broke me. So I hope we meet one day where both of us can live the perfect heaven. Our cracks still fit like entwined fingers and our lost love, I'll treasure it.
