-Chapter 2-
I informed CMA a few days after the finding of the gem that there was a new ore underground.They had classified it as "Purple Ore."They told us to find out what elevation it can be found at and if it is better than diamond.I mined a few blocks of stone,and it seemed to be much faster than a diamond pickaxe.
"A Purple Pickaxe is faster at mining than a Diamond Pickaxe."I told Rob,the man that I gave any ores I found to.
"Great!Now just tell me what elevation it can be found at,and I'll send a team of miners to go mining for it.Maybe you can even earn a promotion!"He smiled at me then returned to working in his office.
I walked through the dark caves,with no one else except myself.I was carrying my Purple Pickaxe,a Diamond Sword,a Diamond Shovel,a stack of Cobblestone,and a stack of Torches.As I walked through,I noticed coal and iron.The cave was getting deeper step by step.I started seeing Gold and Redstone after a while.I mined it,and even found some Diamond.Now if only I could just find some Purple Ore.I thought to myself.I noticed lakes of lava here and there.
As I walked through a ravine,I heard the sound of a Zombie.Then two.Then three.
How many zombies could be in a cave?I thought.Then it hit me."A dungeon!"I said as I mined in the direction of the noises.After a while,I hit cobblestone.I dug into the dungeon and took out my Diamond Sword.
