I started running for my life.I heard Will yell,"Hurry!"I dove into the hole right when the explosion went off.I blacked out.

"John?John?"I heard Will say.

I stirred a little.

"I think he's dead."Steve said.

I jumped and made Steve jump into the stone."Why'd you do that?"He asked me.

"Because it's funny.Now come on,we need to share some of that purple gem and see what it does.That is,if it was destroyed."I said as I led Will and Steve back to the mysterious gem.

"What!?"Steve exclaimed as we noticed it had a lot of cracks in it,but it didn't break.

I saw Will's face getting mad,and then he threw his pickaxe on the gem.It then broke and a lot of purple pieces scattered around.I picked up a few,and so did Steve and Will."Woo hoo!"I yelled as we started our way back up.

I was crafting on my crafting table beside Steve and Will.I got two sticks and three pieces of the gem.I then looked at my product:A Gem Pickaxe.I showed it to Will and Steve,and they decided to make one too.I went over to a place where we kept our gold supply and swung my new pickaxe at a block of it.It broke in one swing."This isn't bad."I said as I walked away,ready to see what this thing could really do.
