Jessica's POV
I was walking down the hallway, checking out the view of arena. "Hey Jess" - I heard Randy saying while running to me "Hey Randy, how are you" - I said. He stopped in front of me, "Did I see you with Seth?" - He asked "Yeah" - I said "so you guys are...?" I cut him off "yeah" I said again. "Oh well that's sweet" - he said "Anyways you enjoying yourself so far?" - He asked. "Yes I am" - I said "that's good" - he said. A text came to my phone *if you think I will let you date me ex, you are so wrong*. "How did you even get my number" I thought I said quietly but apparently Randy heard me. "Is everything ok?" - He asked. "Ummm I don't know" - I said. Then another text came to my phone, it was a photo of me and Randy and it said "So where is Seth because that guy you're standing with right now looks nothing like him". I looked up at Randy who had a worried look on his face, I noticed the direction the picture was taken and I started walking down that way, he followed me. I walked to the back door and opened it but no luck whoever it was left. I ran my hand through my hair and let out a deep breath. I heard the door shut and turned around to see this girl standing in front of me and Randy. "You" - I said "Oh hey Jess, nice to finally meet the girl who stole my man, you must be real proud of yourself for doing that" - she said "I didn't steal anything from you" - I said "umm Seth was mine" - she said "umm well you two broke up and idk why you even bothering with me, I don't even know you" - I said "yeah you don't me Jess, but you took something from me" - she said "taking something from you please, like I said you guys are not together anymore, so your little stunt you did the other day, kissing him thinking he would get back with you, hunny you better get over that cause honestly he doesn't want you, he is with me, so back off" - I said. "Wow jess so you really moved on" the voice was oh so familiar to me. I turned around and I was in shock "Alex how did you get out?" I asked "help from me" - she said "how do you even know Alex?" - I asked "well the day I saw you with Seth, I I'd a little research on you, found out you two dated, I befriended him on Facebook and the rest is history" - she said "you have no idea what you done". - I said "oh please Jess, so he sent you to the hospital nobody cares" - she said "the hospital" - I heard Randy say in a whisperer. "He cheated on me , I left him, he found me and beat me and your saying nobody cares, wow I honestly can't believe you right now" I turned my head to Alex's direction "and honestly you hurt me , not only mentally but physically, I was hurt by what you did and if you think for one second I will take you back, you got another thing coming" - I said "hold on hold on, you hit her, why you son of a bit.." I saw Randy about to punk Alex but I stopped him by standing in front of him "Randy, Randy don't worry about him ok" I said. He was heated "Don't worry about him, he hit you Jess, no man should ever hit a woman" I had my hands on his shoulders "yeah I know, but hitting him wouldn't help anything" I said "haha wow you know what Jess, I never wanted you anyway, why did you think I cheated, little did you know, I cheated the whole time we were together" hearing him say that was hurtful to the core cause I did at one point cared about him a lot. I didn't look at him; I was looking at Randy who was looking back at me. "We've been together for two years, I thought that you can be the one, you mean to tell me through the two years we've been together you cheated on me, if you didn't want to be with me then why did you stay, cause you clearer was with someone else" - I said "it was a bet, see I betted that I could stay with a girl no one would ever want to be with for a long time, I was going to end it a while back but I thought to myself, how about I just keep going, the only reason why I came here was because I wasn't finished with you, and I needed to convince you to come back and when you didn't it pissed me off and well you know what happened when I got pissed off" - Alex said. I had water forming in my eyes, and Randy saw I turned my head, but my hands were still on his shoulders, I closed my eyes, and a tear came out but only he saw it. "A bet, you betted our relationship, so you mean to tell me all this time, you were just using me to prove something, you didn't care at all one time about me, wow I should have known better, A guy like you doesn't deserve a girl like me, I wish I never met you" I said. I moved from Randy and walked back in the hallway, Alex and the other girl walked away after I walked out. “Jess” – Randy said “Yeah” – I said “What he did was wrong, no guy should ever treat a girl that way” – he said “Yeah, that’s true, most girls don’t have that happen to them, guess I got lucky” – I said with a fake laugh, but tears forming in my eyes. “I should go, we have to get too the next city, I’ll see you later” – I said “ok” – he said “call me Jess if you need anything” – he said while hugging me. “I will” – I said “See you later” I walked to the diva’s locker room, got my stuff and headed to my rental car. I put my bags in the trunk, closed the trunk, went up to the driver’s seat and got in. I turned on the car and just closed my eyes, I was feeling strong at all, and tears were just running down my face.
Randy’s POV
I was really worried about Jess, what Alex did to her was wrong and leaving her alone just didn’t feel right. I was sitting in my tour bus, just thinking for a while. The bus driver started the bus, but before we left I noticed Jess sitting in her car, her eyes were closed. Before we left, I got off the bus and walked up to her. “Jess” – I said in front of her car driver seat. She didn’t hear me, “Jess” I said this time but knocking. She still didn’t answer, her car was unlocked so I opened the door, and I saw the she was crying, “Oh Jess” – I said quietly I reached over her and turned off her car, then I grabbed her, she opened her eyes slightly why I was grabbing her but then closed them again. I was holding her when I heard “why”. She is truly heartbroken and really couldn’t be alone; I got into the bus and put her on the bed. I put the covers over her and went back to the car and grabbed her bags. I went back on the bus and put her stuff in the closet. I sat down on the couch and while the bus got started and we were moving to the next city. I called Seth
“Hello”
“Hey Seth, it’s Randy, I got to talk to you”
“Ok”
“Well it’s a long story but Jess is with me and we are on our way to the next city, I know she was suppose to see you later but something happened and she wasn’t able to really drive to see you, but I got her and I didn’t want you to worry”
“What happened?”
“Well she heard something today that really broke her heart; I think it’s best that she tells you”
“Ok, well I will see y’all later”
“Ok then bye”
“Bye”
I went into the room to grab a blanket when I heard Jess say why again, I sat down next to her, “I don’t why Alex did this to you, he lied because he is a jerk and you deserve better and have better Jess.” – I said at first I didn’t think she heard me until I heard “Thank you Randy, you’re so sweet” That put a smile on my face, I lend over and kissed her forehead.”Goodnight Jess” – I said “Goodnight Randy”. I grabbed the blanket but before I walked away “Don’t go” – she said “But I got to sleep” – I said “Sleep here” - she said “Don’t want to be alone?” – I asked “Yeah” – she said “ok” – I said. I got next to her in the bed and went to sleep.
