Seth's POV
We were getting ready to go to Axxess. Jess was doing better and the Doctor said that she can go home. I was so happy knowing the she is better but all I could think about was the kiss we had. She hasn't talked to me about it so I kept wondering was there something wrong.
"Hello Seth are you there?" Dean asked bringing me out of my gaze
"Yeah I'm here" - I said
"Are you sure, you seem a little out of it" - he said
"Yeah I mean I was just thinking" - I said
"Oh, about Jess?" - he asked
"Yeah, don't tell her I told you this but we kissed yesterday and she hasn't said a word about it to me lately" - he said
"She probably just being protected, I mean you did see what her ex did to her, she probably just doesn't want that to happen again" - He said
"I would never do that to her" - I said
"Yeah I know you wouldn't and she does to, she is just scared to show her real feelings to you" - He said
"Feelings?" - I asked
"I have seen how she looks at you and talks to you, there are no doubts that she likes you. Give her time, everything will be fine" - He said
"Ok thanks" - I said
"No problem" - he said
Jessica's POV
I was getting ready to head back to the Hotel. I was so happy that I was leaving. My X-rays came back positive and I managed only having some bruises. But my mind was all over that kiss I had with Seth last night. I haven't spoken it to him in a while and that's because I was protecting myself. I know I can trust him but after the events that transpired lately I just kept to myself.
I got a cab and went back to the Hotel. I got a shower and got dress. Kaitlyn came by and picked me up to go to Axxess. On the car ride there I told her everything that happened between me and Seth. She was actually happy; she told me that she notices how Seth likes me. She told me that he talks about me all the time. It really had me blushing on the ride there. We got to Axxess and walked throughout the arena talking until we came to a booth. Roman and Dean both gave me a hug. "Jess I'm so glad that you are here and doing better" Roman said "I didn't know you were coming here" said Dean. "Yeah well I didn't really want to stay at the Hotel" - I said. I did ask where Seth was they said he went outside for a little. I told them thanks and walked back outside to find him. I saw him standing alone, so I walked up to him. "Seth" I said "Jess, hey what are you doing here?" He asked "I decided to come, I really couldn't stay at the hotel, I don't know how I am going to sleep tonight." I said "oh yeah I understand, how are you from that?." - He asked "I'm doing fine" - I said "You sure?" - He asked "yeah" - I was looked away when I said that. “Hey you know what, why don't you stay in my room tonight, I'll sleep on the couch, so that way you won't be alone" - he said. I looked at him and said thanks. We went back inside, he went back to the booth to sign autographs and I went to the ring, to see what matches were going on. I got a text from Seth he went back to the hotel. I told him I'll meet him there. He gave me his key and got the other out of the rental. Kaitlyn drove me back and I went to my room to grab my things and went to his. He wasn't in there so I decided to take that time and get a shower. I got into my sleep wear and sat on the bed. I heard the door open and Seth walked in. He was happy to see me. He took a shower and put on a shirt and some shorts, he sat on the couch while I was on the bed.
"Hey Seth, thank you again for letting me stay" I said
"No problem Jess" he said.
"Umm you want to talk about yesterday?" I asked
"Sure" - he said.
"You know that kiss between us, was amazing and I'm sorry for not talking about it earlier, I just have been thinking" I said
"Thinking about what?" - he asked.
"Well about us" - I said
"What about us?" He asked.
He got up to sit next to me, "Well I was thinking about what it would be like to be with you, I mean that's if you wanted to be with me. I......"
He interrupted me and said "Jess, I have been thinking about us since that night. When I first met you, I was thinking about us. You have touched my heart I'm such a sweet way." He said.
I stared into his eyes "After everything that has happen, sometimes I wonder if being with someone is the right thing, I'm not saying I don't want to be with you, cause honestly I do, ever since you stopped in the hallway to talk to me, you have changed everything, I am so happy to have you in my life."
"Jess, do you want to know how much I care about you?" - he asked
"Yeah" - I said
We then laid on the bed, looking into each other’s eyes, he ran his hand up and down my arm, sending chills down my spine. I moved closer to him still looking into his eyes. After about five minutes of just looking at each other he kissed me.
The kiss got deeper and even led to one very amazing night.
Seth POV
I woke up early since today is Wrestlemania, I woke up to a girl with her arms wrapped around me. I whispered to her and told her that I will be at the gym, she said she will see me later and I kissed her forehead and left. I was in the gym with the rest of the wwe superstars working out, we all talked about today. I get my first Wrestlemania match and I could not be more excited about it. I left the gym and headed back to my room. I got in the elevator when this muscular guy with a red shirt came in; he looked at me in such a suspicious way. He looked at his phone, and I caught a glimpse of it, and it was a picture of me and Jess. I found it odd that he was looking at that. The elevator stopped at my floor and I got off. He did to and started following me. I stood in front of my door, I could hear Jess inside, I turned around and this guy was standing right behind me.
“Excuse me, but umm why are you following me?” – I asked
“I couldn’t help but notice, that you are the guy in this picture” – He said
“Yeah that’s me, what is so important about that?” – I asked
“Well, I think it’s important because the girl you are holding hands with is my ex” – He said
Once he said ex, I knew it was the guy who hurt her. My blood was boiling; I was getting pissed off at this guy who is standing in front of me. I wanted to punch him. But I then remembered that she is inside, so I kept talking calmly so that she wouldn’t get worried.
“You’re the guy, who hurt this girl, why would you hurt her?” – I asked
“Well because this girl left me, I mean why would she leave all this for someone like you” – He said
“Well from what I remember she left you because you are a serious jerk who needs to stay away from my girl” – I said
I was standing in front of the door with my hand on the handle, I felt a tug coming from the door and realized Jess was opening it, I pulled it back and her ex didn’t notice what I did. Which was great but since she tried opening the door, I guess she knew who I was talking to.
“Oh so you are with her?” – He asked
“Yeah, so why does that matter to you?” – I asked
“Oh it doesn’t , you can have that hoe, trust me if I really wanted her I would have her, but you know what she is not my type anyway, have fun for now” – he said laughing as he walked away
I was seriously pissed off, and I just wanted to beat him up, but I couldn’t. I walked in the room and Jess looked at me. She walked up to me and hugged me. “Why didn’t you let me, hit that jerk?” –she asked “Because he is not worth it Jess, don’t worry about him ok” – I said “ok” – she said. I then kissed her lips and headed to the shower. I got dress and we both headed out to the Stadium.
