All of the proxies are at least bilingual. Part of their basic training includes learning another foreign language. That's not to say all of them only speak two languages, others having picked up another while on the job or maybe in high school before they became a proxy.
Trender and Splendor are forever protecting the world from their other brothers. Neither of them see much point in killing, without a good cause and at that, they themselves have proxies that commit the slaughters if need be. They also don't really find the appeal in the nymphomania, I'll leave that one as it is.
