The Elf King

Chapter 2:The King's Assasination

After all these years of peace and prosperity,came a horrible day that changed everything in all of eversong woods.The villagers and people woke up to the news of king spartanius's death.How did he die,nobody knows.
Was it suicide,a normale death,or was he  poisoned,lots of question's were asked.

General arius began to investigate the murder of the king ,by investigating  the guards and asking them who entered the king's room and who got out.He also took samples of the food that the king ate and asked the royal chefs  if they knew anything.

The king was married but had no children to take his place.In that case,elections will be made between the generals to choose a new king.

Two candidates,two generals,two rivals but one winner, only one will be the king of the blood elfs and ruler of silvermoon city.General arius was one of the candidates and he was most likely to be the next king because all the generals loved him and respected him.The elections started the next day when the generals were all gathered in the halls of the king's castle in silvermoon city.The results were later given and Arius had been elected to be the new king and ruler of silvermoon city.

After being elected arius didn't forget the assassination of king spartanius, he continued the investigation and tried to put all his  work to discover the mysterious death of the fallen king.As a king,he had other things to do too,he  reestablished the relationships between the bloodelfs and the others races of the horde.Trade routes where re-opened and diplomatic relations were going on between the races of the horde (bloodelfs,taurens,undead,goblins and trolls) and the portals for the capitals of these races were reestablished.

Eviana,became queen and she was really happy about that.she tried as much as she can to guide her husband and inspire him to make the right choice.in the end,"Queens inspire Kings" as they say.

As for arius's brother and sister.he sent them a letter telling them to join him and live with him in silvermoon castle,his sister came as fast as she could to join her brother.Arius's brother was to jealous ,jealous that Arius became king and not him.he was so blinded by jealousy that he didn't want to see his brother,that he wanted to kill his brother.

Silvermoon's economy was getting better because of the trading between the capital cities and the farming lands that were gained after winning the war against the scourge.As the economy was getting better Arius's army was getting bigger.

One day,a soldier came to King Arius and told him the investigation was done and The suspect was caught.King Arius went personally to investigate the suspect and see what happened.He arrived with some of his soldiers to the dungeon where the suspect was imprisoned,when he entered what he saw was expected.The suspect was a human.The horde's most hated enemy was the alliance especially the humans.Arius asked the suspect lots of questions and in the end the suspect sayed one single thing.
-"We will kill every single one of you,like we did to your king".

After that his body was trembling  and he was turning into something,soldiers covered Arius.The king was surprised to see that the human was turning into a worgen (a werewolf ).Arius immediately ordered to kill this monster before its too late.

After all what happened,Arius gathered all the leaders of the horde in an urgent meeting to discuss what he saw.All the leaders,goblins,orcs,undeads and trolls were in the meeting.the purpose of that meeting was to declare a war on the alliance.Many of the participating leaders didn't accept the idea of a war, because of hunger and death.But others wanted to take revenge,for the people who died,the innocents,Arius was one of those who wanted war,who wanted revenge.
After several hours of talking of the danger that is threatening them,all agreed to declare a war where all of the hords,every single one of them,every army was going to join.their target and enemy,was one.One that corrupts the peace they lived in.
