"SKETCH!" Orion belted across the room and within seconds had grabbed my arm before I could peek inside the mysterious room. His face was mostly emotionless, but seemed somewhat worried with the incoming discovery. I returned his questioning position with a glare; what was behind that door? It was a brown wooden door with familiar symbols and markings engraved deeply into the wood - as if carved. The only light that came from within bubbled around the bottom in a blue, mysterious glow.

Just when I managed to sneak out, I managed to get myself caught again. It wasn't like I was trying to get away, rather learn my surroundings and how it can be of use. This hallway was many of the hundred in this castle and yet this hallway seemed to remind me of a nostalgic memory of the past.

"What are you doing out here?" he asked, walking down the hall - in direction of his chambers but turned - walking towards the throne room. "I've told you not to wander."

"I was bored." I shrugged, but stayed a step or two behind. "And you weren't there to keep me company."

"I bet Erin is worried." He brushed aside. "I think it shall be fun seeing him panic,"

"What was behind that door?" I asked, but he didn't answer. I poked his back, wanting his attention. He smiled down at me, grabbing my hand and kissing it.

"Nothing,"

"That's not fair, I deserve to know!" I protested but it didn't help, since he only chuckled.

"I know, you'll find out soon,"

I smiled in approval and returned it with a kiss on my lips in confirmation. The guards opened the doors, letting Orion and I pass into the room.

No one was inside here this time, just the lonely throne that I loved to sit on. After he let go completely, I ran over to it, climbing up so I could sit.

He didn't mind either, he just sat on the arm rest, and kissed the side of my head. "Your Majesty, your family is waiting outside for you," the guard announced.

"Bring them in," he said, his voice more powerful and affirmative than before.

The doors opened once again, and behold a rather resembled group.

First to approach us was a younger boy, possibly older than me, but not too far from my height. His hair was wavy brown, tucking away part of his right eye that ever so often would crease. Just underneath was a white ghostly scar, contrasting against his dark black eyes.

He acknowledged Orion with a goofy bow, before meeting Orion for a hug.

"Where's Cal?" The boy asked.

"In my office," Orion answered. "But before you go, this is Sketch,"

"He's very...interesting. I shall see you at dinner, if you'll excuse me."

"I know, hurry along now."

.

The next boy or shall I say man was a little bit older, but didn't have the like the previous boy. It wasn't that he was ugly or anything, it was just half his face was deformed, as if it was burned badly. He had one blue eye and one brown, but the blue eye was on the left side of his face where he was burned. He smiled though, a genuine smile that made me smile.

"Orion, are you going to stand up there all day or are you going to come down here and hug me?" The boy joked.

Orion smiled glancing over at me in an acknowledgment that we should greet them. We walked down the two steps confronting this rag tag group of individuals. While standing before them I wanted to hide, especially in front of the girl. It wasn't that I was scared of her, it was just that she was horrible earlier and I really didn't want to be name called again.

Orion grabbed my hand and pulled me back out, so I could no longer hide. The boy kneeled in front of me, grabbing my other hand.

"Don't mind her," he smiled, and I immediately smiled back. "You're probably wondering what happened to my face, but it's a long story that we'll have to divulge into another time,"

The boy smiled even bigger, if possible, before standing up and giving Orion a hug. I stood off to the side, very confused and nervous. It wasn't because I was standing there all alone, with a girl glaring at me. It was because two other boys had appeared in front of me. They both had brown eyes that were almost black, but the one that was on my right had blonde hair, while the other had black. But they were identical twins, I could see it in their faces.

The one with blonde hair was smiling while the other was frowning. "I'm Ethan, that's Ean, nice to meet you beautiful," He brought his hand up to my face grabbing my cheeks, like my grandmother used to. But his hands were cold, not warm like hers. I stepped back, but ran into the other twin, who was smiling like a madman.

I wanted to call Orion's name but I felt stupid if I did so. He reached out and grabbed my hand, and tugged me back to his chest, which I actually liked. He was warm, not cold for a demon.

"He's only human," Ean said, staring straight at me with those weird eyes.

"Mhmm, I bet your blood would taste amazing," Ethan commented, moving closer to me.

I sunk back further into his chest, trying to hide, but I couldn't hide from those eyes. He stared at me with such hunger, the demon smiled showing his canines and I lost it.

I squealed and hid behind Orion who was still talking; did he even notice that his family was about to eat me? My hands were shaking as I held onto his shirt. I peeked out but he was in front of me, I hid behind Orion again very quickly.

"Boys stop teasing Sketch," Orion said, grabbing my hand again and pulling me back into his chest.

The boys started laughing, as I sunk into the wall of myscle. His hand threaded through my hair, pushing my hair to the side.

"Awe he's embarrassed," Ean laughed, while I brought my arms up, so Orion would know to pick me up. He brought me back down on his hip but I didn't mind, I liked being here right now. I played with his shirt as the boys finished off their laughter. I didn't like how they laughed at me, and I hated how they scared me. I actually thought they would bite me!

"Anyway I better get going, I want to see Cereberus. So I'll see you later Orion, and you too Sketch."

He waved before exiting, but I didn't wave back. The twins were no longer laughing but staring at Orion.

"I see you two brats like to bully per usual," Orion turned to them with a glare, but I knew he was only trying to scare them.

"O-oh no we were just having some fun," Ethan said, pushing his brother slightly.

"Well don't." The boys looked at each other before nodding sheepishly. "Anyway it's good to see you, but please go do something and stay out of trouble."

The boys nodded again before taking off. "Can I go outside now?"

"I think it's time for a nap," I didn't complain since I was tired, but maybe he will let me later, and see Cerberus.

But before we moved the doors burst open and Erin came running in with a look of panic on his face. But as soon as he saw me he smiled, but it was a nervous smile.

"I'm so sorry M'lord, I just was grading the paper, and then-"

"No need Erin, Sketch sneaked out,"

Orion walked past Erin walking back down to his chambers, passing the door with the blue hue. But once we walked passed it I saw a hand smack down on the window, causing me to jump. Orion turned to the door as it jiggled, and moved as if someone was hitting it.

What was behind that door? I really wanted to know; it must be something or someone powerful, right?

Orion turned quickly, walking back down the hall. We reached his chambers, within seconds. Once we reached inside, he called in a guard to fetch a maid.

"I'll wake you later, for now sleep, okay? We'll be eating with my family tonight."

I nodded pulling the covers over my head, before closing my eyes, and falling asleep within minutes.
