Twilight- A different Bella.

Chapter 9

I'm sorry I haven't uploaded in so long but I needed inspiration and I couldn't find it. 

I woke up and stretched. I looked around and Edward was no where to be seen. I found a note on my pillow. It read.

Left to go hunting, Will be back by tonight.

I felt kinda lonely with out Edward. I missed him already. I  got up and went for a shower. I wasn't going anywhere today so I just threw on a pair of skinny jeans a, a pink t-shirt and a black zip-up hoodie. I slipped on some black sparkly pumps with it. I went downstairs to find Charlie sitting at the kitchen table, drinking coffee and reading the paper. He looked up from reading and said,

"Morning bell's"

"Morning dad", I said getting some orange juice out of the fridge. I leaned up against the sink, wondering what I was going to do today.

"I don't have to get to work for another two or three hours so I thought we could spend some time together, you know father/daughter bonding and all that stuff?", He said this like a question, I smiled.

"Sure Dad that would be great, what did you have in mind?", I asked.

"Well Maybe we could watch a movie?", He said.

"Sure!", I said.

We went in to the living room and I slotted a movie into the DVD player.

When the film was over Charlie had to leave for work. I left for the supermarket and came bag an hour later with three bags full of shopping. I ate some lunch and cleaned the house. Literally, I did every room. It was still only four a clock and I didn't know what to do with myself. I watched TV for a while but there wasn't anything interesting on. I decided to check my e-mail. I hadn't checked since I got here. Wow, that was over a month ago. 

I had 17 new messages. Six of them were from friends which I replied to. Three were from my mother. She asked how school was, and how I was settling in. In her last e-mail she said she was worried about why I wasn't wasn't e-mailing back. My reply was this.

Mum, 

Sorry I haven't replied to your e-mails I forget to check it and I only got them today. School is great and I've made lots of new friends. Forks isn't that bad, yes its kinda dull and dreary but there are a load of nice people in the one small town. How are you and Phil? I hope to visit soon or maybe you can come here?

I sent it and decided to get started on dinner. 

I put some a roast chicken into the oven and chopped carrots and parsnips and peeled potatoes. I put them into a steamer and waited a while.

Later on I put some peas into a pot of boiling water and just then Charlie came in from work. I told him dinner would be ready in fifteen minutes and he went for a shower. When he came down again I was serving dinner up on the table. We ate and talked about our day. After the dishes were put away, I watched some TV and then went to bed. 

Half an hour later Edward appeared. He greeted me  with a kiss before laying down on the bed and wrapping his arms around me. I cuddled up close to him. 

"So what did you do today?", He asked.

"Not much, watched watched TV, cooked cleaned, and went grocery shopping.", I replied, "How was your hunting trip.
