This party sucked. I wouldn't be here if Elle didn't beg me. I watched her dancing with one of the popular boys. Both looked drunk and most likely to hook up. Surly this might have bothered me but Elle told me she liked this guy. Unamused, I walked outside. Drew, the most popular kid in Yeaker pushed past me at the door. Obviously he would be here. He's the bad boy. For some reason I think he hates me;I have no idea why. I walk outside the large steel gates and pull out my phone to text Elle. "Gone home. Use protection!"
She replied instantly, spelling words wrong in her drunken state. "Text me tomrrew" I laughed at her spelling. She'd scowl at me if I showed her this. I start to walk down the long path when I get pulled back. Arms hit the wall behind my head. Blocking my exit.
"Hey Avayah." The boy smirks. His breath smells of alcohol and I try to duck under his arms."We are going to have some fun." He slurs pulling his hands up to my skirt hem.
"Please. Get off me! Leave me alone! Don't touch me." I whimper because I knew this guys plan was to rape me. I bring my knee up to his crotch but he slaps it back down and slams me face first into the wall.
"Feisty. I like it." His hands reach the top of my thighs an I cry.
"Stop. Please!" I try to turn but my face hits the bricks. My eyebrow stings and my cheek burns. "HELP - H-Help!" I sob. "No one can hear you. No one will hear your screams." he laughs. I kick backwards but he doesn't budge. He puts his hands on my chest and trails upwards. His hands squeezing my upper body. I sob. I'm about to get raped and no one can hear me scream. I try turning again and my head bashes off the rocks. My eyes sting and my vision is blurry. He slaps my bum and I tense up. I try everything to get away. To protect myself.
"Your never going to want me to stop." He says sticking his tongue down my throat. I bite down and he jumps back. "You little bitch!" I try to run and he pulls me back. "Enough!" He shouts and pulls down his pants.
"Help!!!!" I scream but I know it's useless. He rips my top off and the fabric sliced my skin. I whimper and kick out. "You know you want this." He shouted. It was hopeless. He was ripping my skirt hem up when the motor bike went past. The bikers head turns our way but they carry on ridding away. I scream again.
"Rape! Help - Help me!" My skirt was ripped half way and the boy seemed to find me screaming amusing. I scratched his face and he shoved my head back into the bricks. Everything seemed to double. I saw the biker or now two bikers, because of my blurry vision, turn around and drive our way. "Help.Help. Me." I said as everything was going black. The motor bike skidded aside and the biker got off. The biker punched the boy in the jaw. Once. Twice. Three times. He took my hand and the person pulled me to the bike. I looked at the unconscious man who tried to rape me. I wobbly walked over to him and kicked his crotch over and over. I was going to do it again when I was pulled back.
"Here." The boy with the dark helmet said as he passed me a hoodie. I shook it on and wiped my face with the sleeves. I tightly shut my eyes and blinked back tears. I was done with crying.
The blackness took over. I remember the boy picking me up. I remember things like: cuddling into his chest and telling him he reminded me of the hottest guy in school. I remember a helmet and the face of the boy who tried to rape me.
My eyelids open but I couldn't see anything. It was pitch black. Panicking I stood up. Bad idea. I fell over and my head bounced back of the floor. I reached up to touch my face and instead pulled a helmet off. My whole face hurt. The room turned sideways. "No!" a voice shouted through the room. Instead of the fall I expected, I felt warm arms wrap themselves around me.
"Damn it! Don't close your eyes!'" It was so difficult though because my eyes drooped.
"I'm sleepy.." I moaned cradling my body."Ava, you need to stay awake. Please." I couldn't hear the rest because the darkness over took me.
Hands pushed down on my chest. I couldn't respond though. I lay in darkness. A mouth pressed onto mine and I suddenly felt light. The mouth was soft and forceful. "Open your eyes. Kenzington! God damnit do not die on me!" the voice broke through my darkness and I forced my eyes to open, they blinked a few times before closing again.
"Oh my god. Your alive. your actually alive!" I felt myself being pulled into someone's chest. I wrinkled my nose."You smell really nice. Like an angel."I said groggily.
"Avayah. Open your eyes and look at me." the voice ordered. I did and I found myself looking into the eyes of Drew Peskew.
Suddenly I felt sick. It rose up in my throat and I couldn't control it as it came out of my mouth all in my lap. How embarrassing. I felt like dying right then. Drew's face dropped and then... he did the unexpected. He laughed. He laughed and I cried. The tears fell down my cheeks as I remembered how the night turned out. I didn't need to be laughed at but I was scared if I stood up then sick would go everywhere.
"Hey, hey it's okay." he stopped laughing immediately and just smiled. Then he turned and went into the draws behind him. When he faced me he held a pair of cotton grey bottoms and a long black tshirt. Then he went in another draw and pulled out a towel. "I'll go downstairs while you go shower and get changed... Nobody else is here or will come so you'll be okay. Shout me when your done and i'll clean this up." I nodded and he went out the room.
After a few minutes, I held the skirt up so none of the fluid went on the floor. I gently walked to the door where I assumed the bathroom was before going inside and standing in the tub. Then I took the skirt off and wrapped the towel around me before going back in the room to get the clothes. I ran back to the bathroom where I showered.
The water ran down my back soothingly. The heat got rid of the knots in my muscles. It stung in some places from where the shirt sliced my skin. It made me wide awake. I didn't want to think about it. The memories were there now. In the back of my mind with the other memory...
Closing my eyes, I let the water wash them away. Until I had to get out, I needed to or otherwise I'd stay here forever. I dried myself off and got dressed with the clothes that were far to big. They were warm and comfy though. I left my hair in the messy bun it was in before folding the towel and bringing it out the bathroom with me. I threw the skirt in the bin.
Not knowing what to do, I went downstairs and found Drew in the sitting room on the couch watching Jupiter Ascending. I knew what it was straight away because I must have seen it a gazillion times. Clearing my throat, I stood next to the couch.
"How you doing?" he questioned and I smiled as he turned his attention back to the tv. The film was to good not to watch. In the end I sat on the other side of the couch and watched it. But even I couldn't stay awake till the ending and I ended up drifting asleep.
The last thing I remember was the darkness and then the gun shot.
