I sighed to myself. I was honestly getting tired of waking up in random rooms. Atleast something was different this time. I was freezing cold.

I could hardly get myself up from the ache my muscles were feeling but when I got up I realized why I was so cold. I looked down and saw that I wasn't on a medical bed, I was on lying on a marble stone slab.

Where am I? As I got off the slab, I saw that I wasn't wearing my boots or jeans but instead gladiator sandals and a toga! I touched my hair and it defiantly felt like it was up in a bun. What is going on? Am I dead? Did whatever Pythias kill me?

It was completely dark in the room I was in but I could see faint embers of flames down a corridor so I walked toward it.

If this was my end well I had a good run. Moving to Kentucky was honestly the best thing happened to me. I met my dad, Hanna even though she is a crazy bitch, she is my crazy bitch cousin, and then there was Will. I still felt the pain in my heart whenever his name was brought up but it defiantly not as bad as it use to be. He was my first love and I will always remember him.

Just when I thought I had reached the end of the corridor it still went on. It felt like it was never ending. What is this a labyrinth?

I continued walking hoping it would end. Well then their was Harry. Harry, Harry, Harry. He loves me and I know he loves me. Why was I so stupid and ran away. Of course there was an explanation for why he was with that girl. If I hadn't ran I never would have gotten myself into this mess!

In my burst of anger I kicked a rock that suddenly just stopped. I looked up and I was stunned.

"Nico" I asked. Standing in front of me was Nico. But the more I looked I realized it wasn't Nico. This stranger had wrinkles around his eyes, and his hair was starting to gray. More or less he looked like an older version of Nico if that was even possible? He was also dressed in toga.

"My dear Ally, I am very flattered you think I look like my son. But I am no fool. I have been here for a long time and I know my age has caught up with me," the stranger replied and I just felt like a fool that I didn't think about this before.

"Aristotle?" Aristotle smiled. "Yes Ally, and I have been waiting to meet you for a very long time."

I just stared at him in utter disbelief. "How can that even be possible? Your dead?" I blurted out but instantly regretted it.

Aristotle just laughed. "I am dead Ally but just stuck between your world and the room of Enlightenment but that's a tale for another day. We have other pressing matters to attend to. Come follow me. I bet you want to sit down from all that walking."

"That's an understatement." I whispered to myself but Aristotle heard and laughed. "The labyrinth is a very complex creation. Some say it has a mind of its own."

"You got that right." Aristotle and I continued walking for what felt like 10 minutes until he got to a room that looked more like a study. Filled with books and lit by a fireplace.

Aristotle took a seat in one of the big chairs by the fireplace and motioned for me to sit in the other one. I gladly sat down.

For an awkward moment the room was just filled with silence until Aristotle spoke. "So, you have met my wife?"

Even though it was very inappropriate, I couldn't help but laugh. Aristotle followed suit. "Ah, it feels very good to laugh. It has been ages."

I wiped away my tears of laughter. "Glad I could help and yes I have met your wife? Your taste in women sir is very interesting."

Aristotle managed a sad smiled. "She wasn't always the way she is now. She use to be kind and giving. Her quest for having Unwants control all the elements just consumed her."

I nodded my head. I believed him. Deep down under all the psyhconess Pythinas displayed there had to be some good in her.

"Cleary though she has succeeded," Aristotle said. "Yeah with Nico.Aren't I like dead?" I replied but Aristotle shook his head and went over to his desk. He opened a drawer and brought out a small mirror and handed it to me.

"Look in the mirror Ally," Aristotle said gently. I looked at him and then the mirror. As I raised it to my face I couldn't help but me memorized. My eyes were like Nico. The colors of all the elements. I blinked and blinked hoping they weren't real. But they still always came back.

Pythias did it. "She actually did it," I whispered. "She did. Now try out those powers of yours." Aristotle said excitedly.

I took in a deep breath and called what was most familiar, air. A breeze came in through the corridor knocking out the flames in the room leaving us in darkness.

I then thought of Harry, and snapped my fingers bringing the flames back. Aristotle clapped and I couldn't help but smile.

I looked around the room seeing a dead plant. I thought of Dad and created a water ball in my hand dropped in in the pot. Then I thought of Will, and wriggled my fingers to pop the once dead plant back to life.

Aristotle applauded one more and I couldn't help but feel good. It felt right to control all the elements. I didn't realize before how they completed each other.

"Ally!" I heard Aristotle yell bringing me back to the present. "Sorry," I replied but Aristotle just shook his head, "You felt it didn't you? The completeness?" he asked and I nodded. "Nico did as well, but you know not one person it allowed to have all that power Ally?"

Even though my heart wanted me to say no, that this felt right, my brain knew the answer was yes. "Its just to easy for someone to abuse," I answered and Aristotle nodded his head. I took in a deep breath. "So how do we get rid of it?"
