how we met part three: sunday

(A/N: this chapter may be shorter then the first two, only because I need to start getting the story going more.)

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
I fell out of my bed as I heard the loud knocks on my bedroom door "Leo open up I have exciting news!" It was my mom. Kill me now.
Nolan sleepily woke up "who is that?" He said
"Do you have some one in your room?" My mom asked
"SHH!!" I said to nolan "uhm- no mom Im trying to put some cloths on" I said Nolan was begining to put his cloths on fast
"Okay, hurry up though this is GREAT news!"
"Okay mom almost done!" I yelled "your gonna have to go in the closet" I told him
"Really? That's such a cliche" he said to me and rolled his eyes
"Well maybe you should dress faster" I whispered yelled to him
"Fine" he said stomping in the closet
"Your such a baby" I said to him "done make any noise. Don't move. You know what don't even breath. Just don't. Make. A. Sound!"
"Fi-" I closed the closet before he could speak

I opened the door and my mom was standing there cheesing
"Uhm.. What mom?" She came in and sat on my bed
"I have VERY exciting news" she said
"What is it?"
"Well.. I've kinda been seeing someone" she said, and her cheeks were red
"WHAT?" I said in excitement "who is he?" I asked
"James simons" she said.. That last name kinda sounds familiar "he has a son and he's the same age as you.. Were going to dinner Tuesday night so you two could meet. Alsoooo.."
"Also what mom?" I asked. Please don't say your
"IM GETTING MARRIED!" Phew I thought she was gonna say pregnant.

*COUGH* I heard Nolan cough and I immediately coughed myself so it can sound like I'm the one who coughed
"Sorry had something stuck in my throat"

She looked at me strange "okay well I'm gonna go meet james for lunch. I'll be back later"

"Okay bye mom" after

After she left I went to the closet to open it and there was Nolan, half naked in my closet.
"I've never ever. In any of my hookups, hid in a closet" he started coming out

Ha.. Coming out the closet

".. Now jumping out of a window, yes. But that's only because her dad was bat shit crazy" he said continuing
"Well be thankful I didn't have you jump out my two story window"

I walked him downstairs to the door and he opened it, and looked back at me

"Well.. I'm glad I got to spend my weekend with you" he said
"Yeah me too.. Really glad" I said smiling
"..so does this mean this is goodbye?"
"Only if you want it to be" I tried to say casually.. When all honestly I wanted to say no over and over again. This guy is perfect. I don't ever want to say goodbye to him
"I don't want it to be.. I want to keep seeing you" he grabbed me by my hands and embraced them together. I looked up to his eyes and they were burning me in my soul and I couldn't move away. They are like magnets. He leaned down and kissed me on my lips. When he pulled away I wanted it to last. I wanted more.
"I'll text you" he said. The uber he had called was waiting for him and I watched him get in the car and drive away.

I heard my phone ringing and when I answered it was river
"UHM WHERE HAS MY BESTFRIEND BEEN!?" she yelled on the other line
"Oh my god river I have so much to tell you!"

I met river at the food court at the mall and I was telling her everything that happened this weekend and didn't skip a detail. I told her how I went out to dinner with Nolan and how we went out to dinner and... After wards. I also told her how my mom is ENGAGED to another guy and I didn't know about it this whole time, and how I'm basically gonna have a step-brother.

"Wow.. That's a lot to take in" she said taking a bit of her orange chicken
"I know right.." I said
"So what are you gonna do about this Nolan guy.. I mean Leo your not the type to have sex on the second day you know a guy"
"I guess see where it goes? I don't know he is a perfect guy, but like my mom say's the perfect-"
"-guys are always hiding something.. And she's right cause she was right about Jacoby" she said
I nodded my head "true that. Son of a bitch.. I still can't believe he cheated on you"

Okay so long story short it was our sophomore year and river started dating a football player named Jacoby and he cheated on her with one of the cheerleaders. Poor river was a wreck for two whole months. She was so in love with him

"But hey! Tell me about YOUR new guy" I said to her
"He's so perfect and I'm so happy he's here from ohio. I can't wait for you to meet him your gonna love him!" She said excitedly
"Omg! We can like go on double dates and stuff!" I said squeling a little.

The rest of the mall consisted of us shopping and talking about both of our guys, river had to leave early cause she had to go meet up with him.
When I got home I saw a truck outside saw the logo "Shiloh's repairs" and I automatically knew who it was. When I walked in the door I heard loud laughing in the kitchen and saw my uncle Shiloh with a beer in his hand talking to my mom

"Uncle Shiloh!" I said and he gave me a big hug. Uncle Shiloh is my dad's brother. They were super close before my dad died and he is actually my god father also. But when my dad died he made a promise to him that he would always look after me and treat me like his own, and that's why uncle Shiloh is basically like a second dad to me

"My favorite nephew! How have you been son"
"Pretty good I guess" I said shrugging a little "same old same old"
"No new boys?" He asked
"Nope" I said and then looked at my mom

The reason I lied about this is because uncle Shiloh is way too over protective and if he ever finds out I'm seeing a guy.. He basically runs them away

"But anyway it's getting pretty late I should head to bed.. I'm pretty tired" I said. I gave my uncle a hug and my mom too and went upstairs.

I stripped down in to just my underwear and got comfy in my bed. I checked my twitter and other social medias before heading to bed. But before I could fall asleep I heard my phone buzz

"Just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you (:" -Nolan

I replied to Nolan, and I knew then and there I was gonna be up all night texting him.

(Uhm okay so YAY or NAY? This is the ending of the 3 parts "how we met". Yes its a little short BUT prepare to be in for a treat my friends. I'm so excited to write more of this story..
