Louis' P.O.V.

I was on the couch, watching TV with Eleanor. We needed something to do.

"Eleanor, would you like to go on a date tonight?" I asked.

"I'd love to" she replied, smiling.

"Be ready at six?"

"Alright."

Eleanor's P.O.V.

Dani was over, helping me get ready.

"I know where your date is going to be, so trust me, don't get too fancy. It's more of a casual date." she said.

She went into my closet. I heard drawers opening and closing. She returned with a sleeveless denim vest, a black tank top, and jeans.

"There. Perfect. Put them on."

I went into the bathroom and got changed. When I came out, Dani was waiting for me by my vanity.

She put a light pink lipstick and neutral eyeshadow on me. I did my mascara and a little bit of eyeliner. I grabbed some gold bangles and a black purse. My nails were already a pretty shade of blue that went well with my outfit.

"Wait, one last thing." She grabbed some sandals from my closet. "Wear those."

"Alright."

I put on the sandals and checked the time. 5:50. Perfect.

Louis' P.O.V.

Eleanor came out into the living room. She looked stunning. "You look beautiful El."

"Thank you, you don't do so bad yourself," she replied.

 "Shall we go?"

"Yes, we shall."

I took her hand and we walked out to my car. 

"Where are we going?"

"You'll find out."

"Louis, you know I hate surprises!"

I laughed. After about 15 minutes, we arrived.

"So, we're going to the beach. Cool!"

We got out of the car and walked up to the resturant on the beach.

"Reservation for Tomlinson." I said to the hostess.

"Follow me please."

Eleanor's P.O.V.

She showed us to our table. We sat down. The waitress came over.

"Welcome to the Beach Cafe, can I get you something to drink?"

"I'll have water please," Louis said.

"I'll have lemonade please," I said.

"Alright, I'll be right back with those."

Louis took something out of his pocket.

"Eleanor, I have something for you."

"Oh, you didn't have to!"

"I wanted to, because you deserve it.

He opened  the box, revealing a necklace with an infinity symbol.

"Oh Louis, it's beautiful! Thank you!" 

"Annything for you."

He put the necklace on me. Then the waitress brought the drinks over.

"Are you ready to order?" she asked.

"I think so." I said. "I'll have a caeser salad please."

"I'll have the smoked salmon please." Louis said.

"Alright, I'll be back with those."

The waitress left.

"So, when do you go back to the university?"

"August 15th."

"I'll miss you when you're gone, you know."

"I'll miss you too. But I won't be that far away, only about two hours. But you have your tour soon, right?"

"Yeah, it starts in September."

"When does it end?"

"February, sadly. But we get to see fans from all over the world!" 

"I'll miss you. I guess you won't be back for my break in the winter."

"We get a one month break, and it hasn't been scheduled yet. We're all trying to make it work for our girlfriends, especially me, Liam and Zayn, since Danielle has her dancing and Perrie has a Little Mix tour as well."

"Well, hopefully it will work out."

The waitress brought our food over. The salad was good. After we were finished with dinner, Louis paid and we left. I spotted an ice cream place on the beach.

"Oh, ice cream! Let's get some!" I said.

"I love ice cream!" he added.

"Wow, I can totally tell you're the oldest in One Direction," I joked

We walked up to the ice cream place. I got Mint Oreo and Louis got Orange Sherbert. We sat down in the sand and ate our ice cream.

"It's such a nice night," I said.

"I know, it's lovely isn't it?"

We continued to eat our ice cream. After I finished, I threw my bowl away. When I came back, Louis wasn't there.

"Louis?" I called

I felt a pair of strong arms pick me up and place me n the ocean, getting me all wet.

"Oh, you're gonna get it!" I said.

I jumped on his back, causing him to fall over into the water. I jumped off just in time. We started splashing each other. It was so much fun. I was about to splash him when he stopped me.

"El, come here."

He dumped a bucket of water on me.

"No fair! You have a bucket!"

"Look behind you!"

There was a bucket floating in the water. I grabbed it and dumped water on Louis. We had so much fun with the buckets. We got out about twenty minutes later.

"I have some towels in the car" he said.

We went to the car and dried off.

"Ready to go?"

"Yep."

We got in the car and drove home. When we got back, I took off my wet clothes and hopped in the shower. After that I threw on my pajamas and went out into the living room. Louis was waiting there.

"Wanna watch a movie?"

"Sure."

We watched The Blind Side. I had so much fun tonight.
