Despite what you would think, a drink from the schools shitty water fountain didn't help to calm my nerves. Crazy, huh? I paced around the hallway for a little while, which seemed to help a little. When I returned to class, they had already started the lab, and go figure, I had the same partner. Alec. As soon as I sat down, he asked if I was okay. "Alright, look, this'll seem crazy, but today has already happened. All of this. It's already happened..." He looked at me as if I were a ghost. "Um. Okay. That does sound crazy. Uh. Prove it?" I thought of ways to prove that I've been here before. Then I remembered the bird. There was a bird that had crashed into the window moments before hell broke loose and my hair caught fire. "The bird." I said, plainly. "What?" Alec asked, still looking at me like I was nuts. "In a few minutes, a bird will crash into the window behind you. Turn around and watch. I was right. As soon as he turned around, the bird crashed. "Okay, that's something. What else already happened?" I tried to think. My eyes went wide as I turned around to shut of the Burner. "The chemical solution was burning. See?" Alec looked into the phial. "You caught it right as it started to burn..." I nodded, grinning slightly. "Exactly! Because this has all happened before! We had gotten suspended for catching the lab on fire and basically raising hell." Alec slowly started to nod. "Okay, this is weird. How?" Shrugging, I started to explain the only possible way. "So, I was working on my project. It was a gun type thing. My brother spilled his drink all over it, and it went haywire. There were laser beams going everywhere. I tried to stop it. But I got shot, and now here I am." Alec just stared at me. "Okay. That didn't make any sense. Whatsoever. But I believe you, somehow." I took a few deep breaths. "I know it doesn't make sense and I know that it sounds like I'm on fifty different drugs right about now but you have to- Wait. Did you say you believed me?" Alec laughed and nodded his head. "Yeah. I did. I don't know why, but I do. Maybe because you would actually have to be on the aforementioned drugs to make something like this up. Wait." He turned around and grabbed a beaker. "Just to be safe..." I slapped it out of his hand. "Ha-ha. Very funny. I'm not on drugs." Alec raised an eyebrow. "Mhm." The bell rang, and with that chaotic exchange, I was glad it did. At least there was no actual chaos, this time. As I entered the hallway, the area around me began to fade into the whiteness that my room had, before. "Wait, no!" I manged to say, in my paralized state. Before I knew it, I was sucked back into the white nothingness of earlier. "God damnit, not again..." I said, as my voice echoed across the blank plane.
