Santa, nine reindeer, and three elves flew in the air and around the world. Snickerdoodle was in charge of the gifts, Peppermint on the lookout, and Cocoa had the map. Together, they made each house go by super fast so they could get everything done.
But they had a problem.
Up ahead, there was a lot of wind. All of the elves had to hold on the the gifts and the sleigh went up and down shaking. The wind continued for a while. Finally, they reached a house, and it wasn't as windy. This was a little boy named Nathan's house. As quick as possible, Snickerdoodle looked for Nathan's gift. Nathan was 7 years old and asked for a remote control helicopter. Snickerdoodle searched everyone for this one gift but could not find it. Santa was getting stressed and he needed to get this gift soon.
After 5 minutes of searching, they figured it fell out of the sleigh during the storm. But this was not okay. Santa, Cocoa, and Snickerdoodle went on the the next houses and sent Peppermint to look for the gift. This was a big job, and if they couldn't find the gift soon, the Spirit-O-Meter would go down. The Spirit-O-Meter is what controls the magic, and if they lose a gift, it keeps going down until the gift is found. Peppermint was on the job.
