OutlawQueen one shot
Regina was sitting quietly at a table in Granny's with Snow across from her. They were talking about random things and shared stories. It a week before Christmas so their topics were mostly Christmas-centric.
"So what do you think Robin will get you for Christmas?" Snow asked then taking a sip of a peppermint hot chocolate.
"Snow...I don't expect anything, I don't need anything, really." She explained.
"It'd be cute if he proposed." She said and Regina nearly spit out her hot chocolate.
Robin walked into the diner. He smiled and sat next to Regina, giving her a kiss on the cheek. Snow hid behind her drink, hiding her smile.
"You still smell like forest." She said with a chuckle.
"And you smell like apples."
Granny appeared next to Robin, "What can I get you forest boy?"
"Uh...how about a hamburger, they are quite good and delicious." He said.
She wrote that down and murmured, "Kiss up."
Robin whispered sweet nothings into Regina's ear. She kept giggling at the compliments.
"I swear you two are like turtle doves, lovey dovey birds." Snow said and looked at the couple.
"We are not love birds." Regina said holding Robin's hand.
"Your hands say otherwise." Snow said in a witty tone.
"Snow-"
"Regina-"
"Stop copying me!"
"Stop copying me!" Snow said back and Robin could barely contain his laughter.
"Urgh!" Regina growled.
"Urgh!"
"Snow!" Regina scolded.
"Ok ok, now, you two youngsters have fun okay?" Snow told them and left their table.
"God, she's such a child!"
"But she's right about one thing." He said reaching for his pocket.
"What?"
"About us being turtle doves." Robin said in a low voice and pulled out some mistletoe.
"Is that-"
"Mistletoe. Yes it's a cute little delicate thing that you kiss people-".
Regina grabbed his face into hers and kissed him under that cute little delicate thing.
"Under." He breathed out, then they kissed a little too passionately for the diner again.
"Hey! Hey! Not too much fun." Snow scolded playfully. "Crazy turtle doves." She said to herself.
They kissed until their food arrived.
"Well, I guess he have to eat and refrain from kissing." Regina said disappointed.
"Eat fast my turtle dove."
