Chapter 24: Lost

"You two aren't leaving until we find my phone." Tyler said sternly.

The first thing Adam did was run. He tried to run out the door, but Tyler quickly threw a tennis ball at him.

"OWW!!!" Adam groaned and walked back to them.

"That hurt...... Ok I'll help." Adam mumbled and threw the tennis ball back at Tyler.

"Ok guys. Lets start looking."
Ty sighed. They all split up around the cabin and started looking.

"Hehe... Tyler's been doing a lot of things...." Steve giggled, looking through a particular phone.

"Oooo!! Been with Jason!! Oh, and Adam!!" Steve murmured excitedly. Nyan noticed him and quickly walked over.

"Steven? What're you doing?" She asked, making Steve jump.
"N-Nothing much." He said.

Nyan sighed. She recognized
that potato-shaped phone case from anywhere.
"Where'd you get the phone?" She asked.

"Uhh.... Kyle wanted to get Tyler and I matching phone cases. For, you know.... Steve and Tyler." He lied, grinning at his quick thinking.

"Oh, okay." Nyan said and walked off, going to Cabin 69.

"Tyler, Steve has your phone." Nyan called, stepping inside the once clean cabin.

Adam grinned as he held up a pillow that he had searched through. "Really?" He exclaimed.

"We don't have to look anymore!" Adam declared and threw the pillow at Ty.

Tyler groaned. "Of course he does! Why didn't I think of it?"

They all started walking to go talk to the little robber.

"Hey Steve!!" Adam called and ran up to him.

Steven looked up at him with a smile. "Hi." He said and quickly pushed Tyler's phone deeper in his pocket.

Steve looked back to see Tyler, Ty and Nyan a bit behind Adam.

They all walked up to the boy.
Tyler glared at Steve, not hiding his feelings.
"Can I have my phone back, Steven?" Tyler asked icily.

Steve was too shocked by Tyler's behavior to argue. He quickly pulled his phone out of his pocket and held it out.

Tyler snatched it from his hands. He started walking away.
"T-Tyler? I only.... I only wanted to know what you were doing..." Steve said as Tyler walked off.
Tyler didn't stop.

Ty, Adam, and Nyan stayed.
"It's ok, dude." Ty sighed and helped Steven up.

"He's just angry, besides Summer camps almost over, everything'll be back to normal." Nyan explained.

"Wanna go get some lunch?" Adam asked, Steve nodded. All three of them walked off, leaving the event in the past.

Sorry!!! I haven't updated in FOREVER, I know. Next chapter is the last one!! At least, I hope so. This books been going on for awhile.
