The women snapped her fingers loudly. "Sarah! Pay attention." I stated at her through the hair that covered my eyes. She spoke again. "Okay, tell me everything that happened that night." I squirm and try to pull my arms free from the jacket. I tilt my head back and stare at the padded wall and grunt like an animal. "I don't feel like talking to you." I throw my head up and spite at her. I laugh as she swipes at her face and shrieks.

My nurse comes in and takes me back to my room. He grabs the back of my jacket and I pad down the hallway with bare feet. I look up at him and smile. His name was Jo and he was the nicest nurse here. He didn't force me to speak, get exercise, or even take my meds. He would play games with me, when they'd let me out of my jacket.

Instead of going to my room we go to the main room with the other patiences. I tuck my head down and stare up through my hair again. When people don't move out of my way, I growl and thrash. That always works.

I sit on the couch and look up at Jo. He smiles and goes to get a game and my meds. I really like Jo.
