Marth was walking down the hallway of the Smash mansion when something crashed into the side of the wall. "Ike!" A dark, shadowy figure with red eyes stood in the gaping hole in the wall. Marth was crying because he didn't know if Ike was hurt or not. "Ike, you need to be okay!" The only visible wounds were a cut under his eye and a few scratches and bruises. Usually a Smasher heals once they get knocked off the edge, but in this case, that hadn't happened yet. They could throw him off the edge, but they would have to wait for a match to be open. But what they had to do was just stick a few Band-Aids on him and wait for an open match. "Marth, I'm alright.. b-but will you stay with me?" "Y-yea." Marth blushed. Ever since Marth and Ike had moved into the Smash mansion together, Marth had been in the bunk above Ike. But he wanted to be on the bottom - with him. Ike used the strength he had to lift his head up and rest it on Marth's shoulder. Of course Marth blushed. Ike was blushing too, but Marth couldn't see. "M-marth, I love you." Marth was shocked. He was absolutely sure Ike didn't like him the way he did, but he guessed wrong. "I love you, too." He leaned over and kissed him. Marth carried him down the hall and brought him to their room. "Please get better quickly." "I'll get better faster if you stay with me." "I'll be back. I have to tell someone to look out for that thing that attacked you. But then I'll come back." "O-okay."
Marth told Mario and Link about the thing that attacked Ike. "Well, maybe we should look for it." Link said. "No, we should wait for it to come to us. Once it does, you and I can take care of it." Mario walked away after that being said. "Don't attack it without me or Link around. We have to have a trained fighter around to help." Marth walked back to his room, where Ike was. "Ike, I just came to check on you. I still have to ask someone to keep watch. Maybe Pit, but Rosalina is probably a better option." "What do you think?" "Well, I personally want to pick Pit." "Then do it, but hurry."
