James' POV

I'm actually shock to see my Mom and Dad "Mr. Monte-mayor Picture please" a photographer called me so i just turn to him and took a picture then walk toward my Mom and Dad

"Congratulations Honey, it was a good movie" then my Mom hug me

while my Mom is hugging me I'm just looking at my Dad with no emotions. Why is he here anyway? he's the last person i expect to be here!

as soon as my Mom let go of the hug, Dad say something that made me actually curious "I know what's in your mind" what's in my mind? he doesn't even know what i feel so why would he know what's in my mind?

But Dad didn't continue to tell me things hence he gather the family and leave the theater for us to have a nice family dinner in one of the New York's finest restaurant The Russian Tea Room

"A reservation for Monte-mayor please" then the person in-charge lead us to a private room which is the dinning room in Uncle Nicholas' House

"This is Colton sir, he will be taking your orders, do enjoy"

Dad has already ordered food and it was set after 15 minutes of waiting but before eating Dad raised a toast

"Everyone, i would like to congratulate my son, James, you really did a great job" as if he cares

but it made me shock hearing the next thing that he said

"And I'm really sorry son" i just look at him with a shock expression in my face. what did he said?

"I know you're kinda disappointed at me for not being on your side, pero anak gusto ko lang na mapabuti ka, i don't want you to be on the path that i just choose, i wan't you to have a better path for yourself that's why i allow your Uncle to enhance your skill, and I hope you forgive me for being a caring father, because i love you son, your mother and I love you so much" then everyone cheers and drink their glasses of wine

After my Dad's speech i just stood up and walk towards him and hug him "I'm really sorry Dad for hating you and not understanding that you just want my future to be good" then my Mom tap my back and i just hug her as well

well atlas i understand what's the real meaning of family now.

Rebecca's POV

seeing my boys enjoying their time together makes me happy, well especially seeing Philip happy makes me happy

"Hey are you okay? May problema ba"

hindi ko alam na may tumulo na palang luha sa mga mata ko "Yeah im fine, nakakatuwa lang kayong tingnan ni James, ang sarap niyong panuodin"

then Philip just hug me and kiss me "This is our family, and i won't dare to ruin everything that will make us torn apart, not in my watch baby" then i kiss him back

"Mom! Dad!" we just look at James at nakita namain na tumawa ang lahat dahil nagkakaroon kami ni Philip ng time for each other habang sila ay magkakausap lahat kaya lumapit na kami sa kanila at nakipagsaya sa celebration para kay James
