2 months later

Niall's POV

I am now 3 months pregnant. I get to find out the gender of my baby today. I am so excited.

"Niall lets go", Liam said from down stairs. I walked out of our room and made my way down stairs. 

We get in the car and he drives us to the hospital.

"What gender do you want?" I ask him.

"I am fine with either but I thought a little girl would be adorable. A mini girl version of us", Liam said with a glint of happiness in his eyes. 

"Hello we are here to see, Dr. Williams", Liam said to the receptionist.

"Liam and Niall?" She asked.

We nodded. She walked off to tell the doctor.

"What gender do you want?" Liam asked me.

"I like the idea of a girl but she would be a tomboy type of girl", I said. 

"Mr. Payne?" The doctor called out.

We followed her back to the exam room.

"So this is a basic check up", she said to us. 

I lied down on the exam table and she grabbed a sonogram machine.

"Okay. Everything looks-", She stopped mid-sentence.

"What is it? What is wrong?" I asked frantically.

"Nothing... It's just I am getting 4 heart beats. One is yours and there are 3 others", she said.

"What does that mean?" Liam asked gripping my hand.

"It means you are having triplets", she said.

"3 babies?" I asked.

"Yup".

"30 fingers?"

"Yes".

"30 toes?"

"Yes", she answered.

"Do you want to know the genders?" she asked.

I looked at Liam and he nodded his head.

"Yes we do", I told her.

She pointed at the screen.

"You have 1 boy and 2 girls", she said pointing at each baby.

"We have 3 babies Liam", I said. I let a couple of tears fall.

"Why are you crying?" He asked me.

"Hormones", I sobbed out.

2 Hours later

We were done with the check up and had just walked into the living room of our house.

"Liam James Payne", a woman growled out.

"Hello mum", Liam said nervously.

"Why did I have to find out you were having a baby from the T.V?" she asked.

"We wanted to wait to tell you till be got the gender", I answered for him.

"What is the gender?" Karen asked.

"2 girls and a boy", I answered.

"triplets?" Karen asked with tears in her eyes.

"Yup. 3 babies", Liam said.

"I can't wait to meet them!", she yelled happily.

"I can't wait either", I said.

I grabbed a photo from my back pocket. 

"Here", I said handing her my sonogram photo.

"They are beautiful", she cried out. She pulled me in for a hug gently. 

"You can stay here for a little while if you want", I said in the hug.

"I would love that", she said pulling away.

"I will put your stuff in the guest room. I would love your advice on how to decorate the nursery", I said.

"Of course. I am going to go and start making a nice lunch for you guys", she said walking into the kitchen.

That was a better reaction then expected.
