Liam's POV
"Hey Ni", I said walking into his room.
"Yes, LiLi?" He asked.
"Dan and Phil gave us flowers", I said.
"They are so pretty", he squealed.
"They are. Just like you", I smiled and kissed his forehead.
"What is that?" Niall asked grabbing something from under a flower.
He opened a piece of paper and sucked in a large breath.
"What is it?"
"Its...its...", he said.
"What?"
"It's Zayn", he said.
I grabbed the paper.
"We need to call Louis and Harry now", I said.
I texted them that we have another note.
Me: Get to Niall's hospital room now. We have another note from Zayn.
Lou: On my way.
Harry: We are close. (A/N That sounded more sexual than I intended.)
"They are on their way".
"Okay. Do you think Zayn will do it?"
"I think he will", I smiled.
"I want the note", Lou said.
I handed it to him and he read it aloud.
Dear Liam and Niall,
Hi again. I am still alive. I hid this in the flowers so I knew you would see it. I miss you guys so much. I can come back soon. I promise you that I will be back. I can't wait to see you guys again. I don't know when it will be but it will be soon. I have to go now. I love you guys.

"Do you think he will actually come back?" Harry asked.
"I do", I said.
I can't wait for Zayn to be back. I miss him so much.
