Behind These Hazel Eyes

I stood there, in front of thousands of people, simply wainting for my cue.

Im actually quite surprised im here today, because in all honesty, i thought Simon would kick me out of his office the second he layed eyes on me, but no. In fact, surprisingly and more than a little uncomfortably, he welcomed me with open arms.

He told me he missed me, that he needed me back in the business, and all that worthless shit.

I went along with it, of course, if only to get what i wanted.

But see, i have a loop hole.

My old contract stated Modest could control everything i say and do.

But my new one has no such clause.

And so here i am, standing behind a giant curtain, in the dark, waiting for them to call my name to let me know to walk through.

The light flutter of butterflies was still there, just like every other concert Ive done.

Except this time, theres more than four other people on stage.

I hand picked those on this stage tonight, and, other than Cher and management, no one knows whats happening tonight.

I had Simon use the One Direction accouts- Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc- to get the word out that there would be a concert tonight.

I also made sure that the boys would be in the audience, surrounding by Directioners wondering why their idols were with them and not on stage.

The answer of who would be performing tonight was answered when several pairs of feet came walking on stage.

I called in some favors with other singers, and here they are.

Katy Perry,

Adele,

The Kings and Queens of Love, Breakup, and Brokenhearted songs.

I heard waves of gasps, cheers, screams, and sobs roll through the arena, and a smile was lifted to my face.

I tightened my grasp on the microphone in my hand, wating for them to talk.

As if reading my thoughts, i heard Cheryl speak into the mic.

"Hello all." I could just picture her small, dimpled smile.

Pause for cheering to die down.

"As you probably noticed, this isnt a normal concert." Christina continued.

Another pause.

"You see, a friend of ours called us in for a favor." Avril added.

"And, considering the events that led to this special happening, we just couldnt refuse." Adam chimed in.
