Chapter Three

 *Mary's P.O.V*

I got out of my car and walked into my high school. I already dropped off Kaya. As I walked in Alex looked at me.

"You look happy, for a girl who was turned down by someone who you really like,"She says.
"The world has open up Alex. I thought that my life was based upon one guy, but I was wrong. Austin has open my eyes to a new world," I said. She stops.

"What did you do?" She asked me.

"What did who do?" Henry asked walking up to us.

"Mary is hiding something," Alex says.

"It just, I met a guy online who didn't turn me down like Austin did," I said. We kept walking.

"Be careful on there Mary. There could be perverts, or pedafile's on there," Henry says. Henry was the one who always looked out for my safety. So does Alex, but since the team was so close he was like a brother to me.

"I know, but this guy. He is true. He is nice, sweet, amazing, and very cute," I said. Henry smiles.
"Well if he has your heart tell him I will beat him if he tries to hurt you," He says. I smiled.

"Always," I said. Soon the bell rang. "I got to get to class."

"See you at lunch pumpkin," Alex says going off to class. I walked off to class.

*Lunch*

*Mary's P.O.V*

Henry, Alex and I were eating lunch. Soon my phone went off. I smiled at who it was.

"Who is it?" Henry asked me.

"Ryan," I said. I texted him back and all I heard from Henry and Alex was OOOOO. Soon I put my phone away.

"Is that the guy you meant online?" Alex asked me. I nodded. Not long Henry had to go to work out and Alex had to go to her volunteer hours. I was alone. I decided to put my music in. I was sitting there doing some of my work and texting Ryan. Someone sat down across from me. I looked up to see Austin. I took out my earphones.

"I need to tell you why I turned you down," He says. I got up and he followed me.

"Austin you had your chance, I liked you since I was seven and a half. And when I had to the guts to ask you to the dance, you turned me down, but you open my eyes to someone new," I said. "Say goodbye because I am over you." I walked away.

*Austin's P.O.V*

After she left I went back with my buddies.

"So did you tell her about why you turned her down?" Jessie asked me. I shook my head.

"She didn't give me a chance," I said.
