I grab my lunch tray and walk over to the table where Riley and Maya are at."Mind if I sit here?" I ask them causing them to give me weird looks." Right,stupid question sorry" I say sitting down." Is it cool if I sit next to you" a voice asks I look up to see Lucas the boy who sits in front of me." Say yes or nod your head" Maya says grabbing my shoulders" Yes or nod your head" I say nervously. He sits down next to me so close that our thighs are touching"Does this bother you?" He asks." I-uhh-ye-No No not at all" I shutter before looking down at my food. Mr. Mathews walks up to us and looks between us"Dad" Riley warns" It's just a boy" Riley says calmly." Yeah she probably talked to a lot at boarding school" Maya says causing me to kick her underneath the table." I am clam, I am not mad" He says calmly" Oh no" I say face palming." Lucas why don't we take a road trip" Mr. Mathews says"Where to sir?" Lucas asks." All the way to Alaska" He says pulling Lucas's chair away I wave goodbye and he ways back. For the rest 20 minutes I eat my food sadly while Maya and Riley talk to each other and look at me sadly. Oh. What. A. Day.
