Chapter 2

I woke up and, everything was blurry. I felt the cold ice dripping on my head.Was this a dream? Of course it wasn't, I looked down and to my horror I found my legs bandaged, and I could see the red blood seeping through the white bandages.Alex helped me up, and in a weak voice she said "Come on Sapphire, your room has to be packed up. You're moving in two weeks." I was really shocked not only because we were moving but also because she used my full name, instead of Saffy or Saff. We walked silently to my room. Alex started emptying my closest, while I sat on my bed. finally I broke the silence by saying "need any help... it's a big job." Alex responded by saying " Sure, start by putting the hangers in that box." Glad that I got some words out of her, I pushed it a little farther."So um, do you want to-" " Stop " she said " I know what your trying to do.., and yes I am sad your leaving but we can get through this." She walked over to the bed and gave me a hug. Just then her iPhone beeped, she picked it up and read the txt out loud, it was from her parents, Alexandra sweet heart, it read, come down stairs, it's time to go. "Well I guess it's time to go" Alex said sounding much more like herself and with that she left.
