It was now the day for football tryouts. I got out of bed and I did not feel like dressing up today, so I just threw on some khakis, a t-shirt, and a jacket. I took care of my hygiene, and I skipped breakfast and left the house. I got on the bus and sat next to Kayla. It seems that she didn't want to dress up either. Kyle wasn't on the bus, so I was hoping that he was getting dropped off at school by a relative or something. The bus made it to the school, and when Kayla and I got off the bus there were cheerleaders and football players surrounding the bus entrance. They were holding up signs about football tryouts. It was so annoying to see those ignorant bastards trying to use others, and turning them against their friends. I really wanted to jab my fist through their stomach. Its not like my fist is really gonna go through anyways, because the football players have those sexy abs, and instead of punching them, you would just want to feel them and you start to think dirty and OH MY GOD, WHAT AM I DOING. THOSE JERKS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE COMPLEMENTED LIKE THAT.

Kayla and I have every class together except our electives, so all day we just heard conversations about how people swear they're gonna make the team and how athletic they are but they just don't look close enough of what kind of a person they're gonna be turned into. I'm not worried about Kyle changing, because I've explained to him to be cautious of what he's doing when/if he makes the team. Speaking of Kyle I hadn't seen him all day and now I'm worried that he won't make it to tryouts. If he doesn't come today our plan will be over. We can create another plan but I don't feel like doing that.

It was now time for tryouts and I was just hoping and praying that Kyle shows up. Everyone who were trying out were in the locker room getting ready. Now I would be lying to you if I told you I wasn't trying to sneak in there to see them shirtless but I just couldn't resist. Haha, THE PERKS OF BEING IN THE CLOSET. Tryouts were just starting and I knew that this wasn't gonna go as planned because Kyle wasn't there, but then I saw the color gold moving off the corner of my eye while I was sitting on the bleachers.

I was so relieved and my head and stomach felt lighter. Tryouts began and Kyle was so athletic. I was very impressed by his skills. I mean I knew he had to be good, but I didn't know he was this good. Tryouts were an hour and thirty minutes and we were and hour into tryouts. Kyle was sweating and he was hot and not the temperature hot, but the other hot, but he was the temperature hot too. While he was on the field, he took off his shirt and to be honest I really enjoyed looking at him sweating with his shirt off. He had strong arms and a six pack. Kyle then looked over and smiled at me almost like he was trying to show off and I smiled back.

Tryouts were now over and I began to walk back home. I then congratulated him on his amazing performance. I was so happy for him and I gave him a hug. I made a huge mistake by doing that. WHAT IN THE HELL WAS I THINKING, GUYS DONT HUG EACH OTHER or at least not at my age. I put on a straight face and awkwardly told him I was sorry. He told me it was okay and we walked the rest of the way home without saying anything. We finally made it to our street and then Kyle asked for my number. I was shocked but then he told me he needed in case he needed to talk to me if there was anything related to revenge. I gave him my number and he smiled like he accomplished a mission or something. I blushed a little and then he told me goodnight. I told him goodnight too and then we walked into our houses.

I got inside and Hazel was looking out of the window:

Hazel: Who was that? Is that your boyfriend, she said surprisingly.

Me: Uhhhhh, no, he's just a friend.

Hazel: It didn't seem that way to me.

My mom was gonna stay at work late, so Hazel made dinner that we ate. I took care of my hygiene and then went to bed. Before I closed my eyes. I got a text message and it was from Kyle. It said, "Goodnight. See you soon"! I texted back," You too and Goodnight".
