"Good morning." Mark grumbled, rubbing at one of his eyes.

"Morning." I said sweetly, yet somewhat anxiously as I waited for Mark to shine his eyes in my direction.

I don't know why I was so worried, it was simply a nightmare, nothing more. I was acting like a child. There was a slight crack in the blinds that caused a beam of light to seep through, turning our pillows sparkling gold. Without realizing, I reached up to my eyebrow and was slightly surprised that there was no cut. It felt too real. Mark finally pried his eyes open, using his hand to cover the sun's glare.

"How'd you sleep?" I asked, filled with relief when I saw the slight sparkle of his brown eyes.

"Hm. I slept well. Had a weird dream" he replied.

"Me too" I breathed.

"Yeah?" he inquired

"I don't think you can even consider it a dream. More of a nightmare if you ask me" I admitted.

"You should've woken me up."

"I couldn't even wake up" I shivered.

"Was it that bad?"

"Yeah"

"What happened?" he asked

The image of his eyes turning completely black popped into my head and I cringed.

"I don't really want to talk about it" I admitted.

"Oh ok" he seemed apologetic. "Well I had a dream that Wade was half alligator and he was crawling through our kitchen"

I whipped my head to face his way. He had a timid smile on his face.

"What the hell are you on?"

He chuckled slightly and put his hands up in defense. "It was a dream"

"Well obviously!" I giggled

I crawled out from under the covers and sat criss-cross on top of the bed.

"So what are we doing today?" He asked

"We can do whatever. I don't mind" I smiled.

"I have to make a video or two, but that shouldn't take me too terribly long. After that we can do something like go out to eat" he suggested

"Sounds good to me" I smirked and leaned forward, placing my lips on his.

The kiss was quick, but it was just a simple reminder that the love was still there and stronger than ever. I teased Mark's hair a bit so it didn't look like complete bed head before he got up and threw on a t-shirt. I watched as he did so, and as I left for the recording room I jumped back into the bed and unlocked my phone. I scrolled through YouTube for a little while, watching some of Jack's videos to see what his channel was all about. I caught myself laughing out loud more than once at some of his remarks. After, I opened up Twitter and scrolled through that, wasting time before I actually had to get up and do something. I continually heard yelling, which was definitely normal when Mark was recording. I finally decided to start getting ready for the day. It only took me about an hour and a half to shower and get ready.

I was lounging around like usual, waiting for Mark to finish up. I waited another fifteen minutes until he opened the door and walked out, still dressed in nothing but his underwear and an undershirt. I snickered as I glanced down the long hallway at him.

"What're you laughing at?"

I shook my head and went back to my phone.

"Heyy~ I was talking to you" he advanced towards me and stood at my feet.

I pretended to ignore him, yet he persisted. He scooted towards the couch and sat on me. I felt the air leave my lungs as his weight landed on my lap. He wiggled himself proudly.

"What was it you were laughing at?"

"I-I would t-tell you if I could b-breathe!" I gasped with a forced chuckle, trying to push his body off mine.

"Hm? I can't hear you" he mocked.

"Mark!"

I used what little arm strength I had and shoved him off.

"I was laughing at you! Happy?" I playfully yelled.

"Very" He lounged back on the couch and propped his feet up on my lap. "You look nice. You going somewhere?"

"I thought we were going somewhere?" I looked at him quizzically.

"Oh yeah. How about lunch? I'll go get ready" he didn't hesitate, propelling himself from the couch and running into our room like a little kid.

"Mark where are we going?"

"Shh. If you keep talking it'll make me want to tell you" he demanded.

"Okay?" I gave him an odd glance and mindlessly fiddled my thumbs.

We drove down the streets passing many different shops and people. Mark stopped at a light when I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I practically pressed my nose to the glass when I saw a mother and her child walking down the sidewalk. The little child was barely old enough to walk, but there it was- wobbling this way and that, grasping tightly onto her mother's finger. The mom had a permanent smile spread across her face. What I was presuming was the father, walked out of a store behind them and jogged to catch up. He snuck up behind the child and lifted it high into the air. The small infant cheered and wiggled her tiny limbs as he lifted her higher. I pried my eyes from the scene and glanced at Mark, whom I found was also looking intently at the small family.

He quickly averted his gaze to the light, and pressed lightly on the pedal once it turned green. A smirk formed on my lips, my gaze still fixed on him.

"What?"

"Hm? Oh nothing" I replied sweetly.

"She was a cute kid."

I focused on the road passing outside of the car. "Yeah she was."

We drove for a few more moments in silence until Mark pulled into the parking lot of a high quality restaurant. It just happened to be a restaurant I had only dreamed of going to my entire life.

"Mark..."

"Yeah?"

"We aren't -?"

"We most definitely are." he got out of his seat and walked around to open my door for me.

"This is amazing.. I-I"

"I hoped you would like it"

*yeah yeah it's filler, I know. I'm out of town and I don't have the time or energy to think of a witty chapter. I hope you liked this one anyway, because I never want to disappoint you:) I'm going to bed, goodnight!
