If an ice cream machine isn't an option, then this base would be the one to use. Even if you have an ice cream machine, don't bother using it for this base. You don't need to! This literally only takes you 10 minutes. Maybe even less! The recipe seems longer than it is. I just blab on and on. Credits to Gemma Stafford. Who I got this recipe off.

Ingredients:
Make sure all these ingredients have been in the fridge before making this!
2 cups, 450 ml, thickened cream
1 can condensed milk (400ml)

Im not joking, this is literally all the ingredients you need for this base.

Beat your cream on a medium speed, moving the electric mixer around the bowel so the cream whips evenly.
Eventually, you should have whipped, fluffy cream! Oh yeah. Whip that cream!

Now open your can of condensed milk, and evenly poor it a quarter at a time. You dont want to poor it in all at once because you will probably crush your light fluffy cream! No one wants a dense ice cream. Then just beat the mixture with an electric mixer in between each quarter. If your adding in flavour, nows the time to fold that in. Or you can just add in some vanilla and leave it as it is. All up to you.

Then plop the ice cream into a container and freeze it in the freezer for at least 6 hours or over night! Yippee! Ice cream! :)
No more sweaty palms !
