Lydia was driving. She had been driving for a longer time then usual. Mostly because her house had burned down less then a month ago. She was living with her Grandma. Of course her grandma lived hours away from school.

"I'm gonna be late again if this car doesn't move!" Lydia exclaimed to herself. She honked her horn at the car in front of her moving so slow. Lydia woke up and hour earlier for school now and was still always late. She was frantically tapping on the steering wheel with her thumb.

If she was late three more days it would actually affect her grade. Not that it matters much since she has straight a's. But it would still be on her permanent record. "Come onnnn!" She honked her horn again.

The car pulled over and let her pass. Lydia sped up down the road.

She parked and grabbed her stuff. "Late... I'm so late..." She mumbled angrily running down the hall. She came to her first class that had of course already started. Her teacher noticed her outside the door. "Late again Lydia." Her teacher stated opening the door.

"Sorry." Lydia mumbled taking a seat in the middle row in front of Jackson. "Hey babe you alright?" He whisperd into her ear. "Fine." She mumbled. As if he really cared. "Sooo were still on for tonight right?" Jackson asked.

Lydia sighed. "Yeah." She put on a fake smile and returned back to her notes. Jackson smiled widely. Leave it to Jackson to still want sex even though his girlfriend was living with her grandma and half her stuff was burnt to a crisp.

After class Lydia went to her locker to get her stuff. Jackson was there waiting for her with a story about lacrosse before kissing her and leaving.

Lydia stopped for a moment to fix her makeup a little. Out of her mirror she saw Stiles. Stiles was talking to Scott. "I will scream if I see Jackson making out with Lydia on my couch. I will litterly scream Scott. So when I come to school one day screaming you have my permission to punch me into a coma!" Stiles screamed.

Lydia didn't turn around she just closed her locker and walked away wondering if Stiles had gone mad.

After Lydia's next class she went to Allison's locker to wait for her so they could walk to lunch. Allison saw Lydia across the crowded hallway and ran up to her with a smile. "Did I hear Stiles screaming about screaming if he saw you and Jackson making out on his couch." Allison asked.

"Yeah.." Lydia said. "Screamed like a banshee didn't he?" Allison said. "Allison for the last time just because I found a couple dead bodies last year. And the fact that I screamed a couple times. And the fact that you got so upsessed with werewolves you believed Scott was a werewolf. Doesn't mean I'm a banshee. Because for the last and final time: banshees are not real." Lydia stated.

Allison just smiled to herself. "Do you want to go shopping since half your wardrobe is gone?" Allison asked. Lydia smiled. "Of course we're going shopping." Lydia flipped her fair. "But not tonight. Jackson wants to try his luck on getting my grandma to let him in the house."

Jackson walked up just then and put his arm around Lydia. "Your grandma loves me." He smiled. "I'm pretty sure she's hated you since she took that photo of us and you were checking my ass out." Lydia laughed. "I-I was simply checking if I had gum on my shoe."

Allison laughed. "Yeah and she hated me when I brought tequila to your house when I thought she wasn't there."

"Well we get it my grandma disapproves on all of my friends." Lydia stated. "Okayyy topic change was stiles screaming about us making out on his couch?" Jackson said looking at Lydia. "Yeah." Lydia shrugged.

"Yeah he's crazy." Jackson laughed. "He's not crazy he's just different..." Lydia responded looking at Stiles. Stiles was explaining some intresting story to Scott. He seemed to be in deep detail his eyes darting from place to place. His hands going everywhere.

"Different is the word you use when someone's crazy but you don't want to say anything about it." Jackson laughed. Lydia shot him a glare. "What I'm just kidding." Jackson kissed her forehead and left.

"So when are we going shopping anyways." Allison asked. "I don't know ill text you."

Lydia left with her to lunch. The rest of the day was a blur. Nothing really intresting happended until Lydia got home. She opened the door with a sigh. She walked into the kitchen to see her mom there. "Hey mom." Lydia grabbed a sandwhich from the plate of sandwhiches her mom had made.

"Don't eat that they have your grandmas pills in them." Her mom took the sandwich and placed it back. Lydia grabbed an apple. "Is this safe to eat?" She asked. Her mom nodded and Lydia took a bite.

"So guess what we don't have to stay here anymore." Her mom said. Lydia smiled. "We're moving closer to the school." Her mom continued. Lydia swallowed that bite of Apple. "You bought a bigger mansion and I won't be late again?" Lydia smiled.

Her mom shook her head and Lydia's smile faded a little. "Ok well where are we gonna live?" Lydia asked curiously. "Well you remember Stiles right?" Lydia nodded.

"Yeah you guys used to play with eachother when you were little you were such a cute couple." Lydia's mom said. "Mom we weren't a couple we weren't even in middle school yet." Lydia said. Her mom got back on track. "Whatever. Anyways were staying with them."

"With Stiles? From school. Dads the sherif. S-T-I-L-E-S? Golden eyes little dimples on the cheeks. Kinda smart in a nerdy cute ish kinda way. Sarcastic. Best friends with Scott McCall." Lydia asked. "As if I don't know who Stiles is. And yes Stiles Stilinski and his father." Her mom said.

"Great. From Lydia Martin most popular girl in school to Lydia Martin the girl no one talks to because they think the sherif will arrest them if they do." Lydia groaned and walked up stairs.

That wasn't Lydia's problem. Her problem was that she and Stiles were great friends when they were little. But come middle school Jackson didn't like Lydia talking to Stiles so she stopped. He was heart broken. Looked at her with puppy eyes for months.

She couldn't like talk to him everyday. That would be way too awkward. But Stiles was better then her grandmother.

That night Lydia was watching TV when the doorbell rang. She went to go get it and found her grandmother talking to Jackson at the door. "I was just checking for gum. Is Lydia here?" Jackson asked. Lydia walked up to them. "Hey." She smiled at him. Jackson smiled back.

Lydia looked at her grandma. "Grandma can we just have like five minutes?" She asked. Lydia's mom came up to everyone. Her mom started to wheel grandma away. "Five minutes? Five minutes and Lydia could be pregnant!" Her grandma yelled while being wheeled away.

"Told you she hates you." Lydia laughed. "Yeah yeah. Anyways I actually just came to tell you that I'm leaving. I'm going to London and I'm moving tommorow I found out a week ago." Jackson sighed. Lydia didn't say anything. She just closed the door.

He really should've told her before. Lydia didn't cry or anything she just ate a bunch of chips and watched a movie in her room.
