Please don't leave me comments about my grammar! I couldn't bother checking this chapter because its almost like 3 in the morning so i'm tired! (Praise the school holidays) This chapter may make no sense and I may have accidentally repeated stuff so please don't be harsh!

That morning was rough. And by rough I don't mean really bad bed hair, I mean rough.

They unchained us and basically pushed us to the courtroom.And by us, I mean me because while Eren was having a nice conversation I was getting laughed at. Where they chained me and Eren to poles side by side and BEAT US UP FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Yet again by us I mean me...Probably due to my smart mouth... 

Just in my defense, I was raised to tell the truth so anything that comes out of my mouth is the whole truth and nothing but the truth for example I told one of the guards he was a fuc- I mean freaking pussy for joining the Military Police and boy was he pissed!.

People say the truth doesn't hurt... Tell that to my bruises

Soon after the court room started to fill up and that's when we started.

"Objection your Honor" Someone yells again "How do we know if they're not telling lies?"

I rolled my eyes. What's the point of telling lies when we have our lives on the line? More yelling until the judge did that hammer thing to silence all the idiots.

"Now the defendants will speak"

"Now lad your name is Eren Jeager?" The judge asks Eren.
"Y-yes sir" Eren stutters.

"And you are ____ Kirigaya?"
I nod in response. He looks confused at my silence. Guessing they filled him in about my loud obnoxious mouth.

"Eren did you know you were a titan Shifter before all this?" He asks Eren.

"N-no sir infact I don't even remember turning into a titan" He says as sweat beads down his face.

"Witnesses state that you tried to attack Mikasa Ackerman am I correct?" He says to Eren again.

Eren's eyes turn wide as do mine as I stare at Mikasa.

"Is this true Mikasa Ackerman?" The judge asks Mikasa as she shrinks down.

"Yes Your Honour" She says quietly.

Eren looks at me. I look back and give him a small smile. Eren started yelling as everyone else tried to decide his fate: Be experimented on or some other type of punishment. He yelled but my hearing grew all fuzzy until I felt a pain in my head.

It was Levi. He was beating the crap out of Eren. I groaned in pain as he kicked Eren in the stomach and I felt blood drip down my face. But it hurt the most when Levi stepped on Eren's shoulder... The same shoulder that was bleeding the previous day. Pain was all I could feel as he continued to beat Eren up. It grew and grew as I hung my head grimacing in pain.

"Now ____ reports have said that witnesses have seen you sit on a titans shoulder and when they recklessly shot at you, titans came to your rescue and that was by your doing correct?" The judge continues as Eren gets hit.

I don't answer.

"Let me repeat that" The judge says even louder "Did you or did you not sit on a titans shoulder and summon titans to protect you?"
