Yes, all families have problems whether they want to admit it or not.
It could be a small or huge problem but not all families stay in touch.
I'm in that type of situation I don't talk my "mother " or my sisters but that doesn't mean that I am going to be sad or upset about it was a toxic relationship and was not heathly for anyone
I don't want that type of stuff in my life I'm no longer wasting my time on people who only want something to do with you if only the get something out of it

My Aunt has been more of a mother than my real mother and then my cousins are more like sibling than my own.
They are more than enough for me.
But no matter how to tough the situation may be you can get through it no matter what it may take but, always know that no matter how hard it may be it will be okay may be days, Months, and may be years but you will be able to making it through
