Astrid's POV
I tried for days.Sitting and trying to grab my disjointed soul that seemed to pe everywhere and nowhere at the same time.I couldent pinpoint it.
"Uugghhh how am I meant to do this !! I cant even feel it anymore !! No matter how hard I concentrate on it it always slips theough my fingers !! " I yelld fustradedly flinging myself to the floor.
"Well how did you learn to chanel it when you were awake ?" The fox sead standing over me.
"When I was fighting I could do it without thinking ?"I sead tiredly lookin off into the darkness.
" okay then theres you answer." The fox sead backing away and crouching. "Fight me!" It barked and as it swished its tail 8 more fanned out from the original.
"Say that again ?" I sead getting to my feet.
"Fight me !"fox growled coming straight at me.Baring its teeth it lunged for me.I stumbled out of the way as it skidded past me sliding and turning to face me.
"If you want to wake up you need to fight me !!" Fox barked lunging at me.
"Okay !" I smirked lifting my hand to blok the attack throwing Fox off .Fox fliped in recovery and landed on her feet.
Launching my self at her I went in with a nija fast flat palm attack.She doged to the left and wippin her tails round together caught my side sending me skidding. Still on my feet I dug my heels into the ground beneath me and moved just intime to miss Foxes next attack.Grabing a handful of tail I swung Fox round and off into the dark. Almost as if hitting a platform in mid air Fox wiped round using the momentum to send a steel wip from her tail through the air at me befor landing on her feet.
"You need to wake up now !" Fox growled. "Cant you feel him if you don't everyone at the school will die !! You need to wake up hes coming!!"She snarled slamming inti my body straight after dodging the steel tail attack. I was sent rolling across the floor.
Now I know I cant make you stay

Flying to my feet a syth materialised in my hand . swinging it Fox jumped out of the way.I swung left Foxed dodged right.I swung right she jumped up.
So may bright lights they cast a shadow

Jumping forward through the air I mimiced her actions as she brought her tail down as we met in the middle.My syth sliced through the air.Its glassy opakie blade made of soule wavelength weeved with the spirit of the fox pulsed. The tail and blade met in a blaze of blue light.
I am not afraid to keep on living
I am not afraid to walk this world alone.
