It's cold at Moscow

The First Real Training at the 7th Section

-This, is going to be our training, people, for the next two sweet months!

It was the 27th of December of 2021, and the new guys at the 7th Section were starting their training that day. They were at the training room, sector 75. It was as big as the gym in the 10th Section, but this one was covered in snow. It was bright white.

Two staff from the Western Allies' Headquarters came, and guided each of them into a huge tube. It was one tube for one person. Everyone had one. Then, they sealed the tubes. Inside the tube, Anne was getting cold.

What they did not know was that these tubea were random launchers. They would choose a complete random coordinate of the training room, which was covered in snow, and the temperature was -5°C, and then, launch whatever they had inside, in this case, the people.

One staff member turned around, and talked about their first exercise.

-You'll all get launched into different random directions, and your objective is to find a remote. This remote is able to disconect the refrigerating machines inside the training room. You need to find the remote, which is well hidden, before you all freeze out in the training room. If you do, you will have failed this test. Are you all ready?

-Yes sir! -everyone said at the same time.

Then, the other staff member pressed a button, which started a countdown.

-The randomizer tubes will get launched in 10... 9... 8... -said the robotic voice.

-Ah, and one last clue for you. One of you has the remote, you need to find that person. Good luck!

-3... 2... 1... LAUNCHING.

There was a loud BOOM! and Anne, as well as everybody else, loss consciousness, and they all became flying corpses through the training room.

James was the first to wake up, and he was followed by Julio, RedBlueStone, BlackStone, Salvador, Anne, Cris, FireStone, Johannes, Ruth and Maribla.

The problem was that they were separated from each other by half a kilometre of snow, they were cold freezing, and their life depended on a hidden remote that one of them had, but even the remote bearer didn't know about this.

It took them an hour to move through the dense snow to get to a meeting point. By that time they were already very cold.

-Who h-ha-has the re-rem-remote?! -RedBlueStone said.

-If we knew that, we wouldn't be freezing right now! -said Johannes.

It was windy when they arrived, but the wind speed was increasing every minute that went by.

-GUYS, L-LE-LETSSS CHECK OURSELVES FIRST OF ALL!! -said Beth

Everyone searched inside their pockets, inside their coats, and inside their trousers, and nobody found anything at all, except hair, which was quite useless. 

-WE ARE ALL GONNA DIEEEEEE!!-shouted Anne, in a desperate way.

Now most of them could fell their toes or their fingers, and their lips produced pain when moving them. It looked like an assured death. But suddenly, something important in our story happened:

-GU-GUH-GUH-GUYSSSS, I THINK I'VE F-F-F-OUND THE REMO-MO-MOTE!- shouted Johannes.

-OKAY, I DON'T CARE WHHHHJJJ... ERE Y-YOU FOUND IT-T-T-T, JUST STOP THIS!!- BlackStone said.

-HAHHAJAAHAAA, Y-YOU THINK IT-T-TS GONNA BE SO E-E-EA-SY?! -Johannes said.

-WHAT D-D-DO Y-Y-YO-U W-WANT, JOHNNY? -Julio said.

-I WANT H-H-HE-HER...! I WANT R-R-R-RUTHHH FOR ME!!

-I WILL NEVER L-L-LE-LET YO-YOU DO TH-THA-THAT!! -Anne shouted, now angry.

-THEN YOU'LL A-A-A-ALL DIIIE!! 

Anne couldn't let this happen. He had to save his team, without sacrificing Ruth, the girl he loved.

And suddenly, his Spanish fighter's vein opened, letting hero blood flow inside him, and that gave him strength to do what he was about to do.

-RUTH, WHERE ARE YOU??!! 

-I-I-IM RI-RIGHT HERE, ANNE!!- Ruth shouted.

Anne walked to where Ruth was, and he fell, and landed next to her. Then he shouted:

-PLEASE JOHANNES, DON'T FORCE ME TO DO THIS!!

-YOU CA-CAN-CAN'T FORCE ME TO D-D-DO ANYTH-H-ING, KID!! -he replied.

Then Anne, without any advice, grabbed Ruth's trousers, and pulled the right-leg part of her trousers down. Ruth went red, and put a surprise face.

-SO YOU WANNA DIE FROZEN, AND HAVING SEX?!! Y-Y-YO-YOU ARE W-WE-WEIRD, BUT I LIKE IT!! -Ruth said, smiling.

Then, what Anne did left everyone shocked.

He put his hand inside the trousers, touching Ruth's bare legs, and so he found what he wanted.

The knife.

He instantly grabbed it, and threw it as fast as he could, before they all completely freezed.

The knife, was at the right time, in the right place, hitting Johannes' almost frozen shoulder, and going through his skin, breaking the tissue, and making Johannes to drop the remote.

When the remote dropped, RedBlueStone (jackdrak) jumped with the energies he had left, and grabbed the remote. When he fell back again, landing on the snow, everyone looked at him.

He could save them.

And so he did.

He pressed the button.

And the snow started melting, and their breathing became clear and normal again.

After the snow had melted, they laid in a pool of melted snow, like fish trying to swim in a little glass of water.

They had been saved.

But mostly, they had been saved by the goddamn coward, Anne.

And since then, they called him always WhiteStone, or the wise one.

He also received another name, and Anne (WhiteStone) was very proud of it, and this name was the Johannes-defeater.

Though people liked more to call him WhiteStone.
