The classes were better than the ones at my old school, but more challenging. I still get bored but it doesn't make me want to count freckles like before. I don't have many freckles either so you can imagine how long that activity lasts. Oh well I can't count that high anyway.
As lunch approaches I get a little nervous. Where does Abe sit? The fourth period bell rings so I guess I'm about to find out.
Walking into the cafeteria I see no empty tables. This place is beyond packed! Its going to take forever to find this guy.
"Ian!"
My head turns to the direction Abe's voice comes from. Spotted. I head towards where he and his friends are sitting by the windows. Who doesn't love natural lighting?
"Hey Abe" I say looking at the surrounding faces to see if anyone looks familiar. I have a couple of them in my early classes. They all acknowledge me with a nod or a soft "hey".
"You can sit next to me Ian-- aLRIGHT move over lazy asses! Hey! Hey- guys just! come on can't you.."
After some intense shifting and some liquids being "accidentally" spilled on Abe in the process a spot opens up.
Through lunch the guys and I talk about classes, the school, and what to avoid in the lunch line (it probably would've been easier if they told me what to get instead). They seem like pretty cool guys. Cameron and Luke, who are in my math, seem pretty funny. Weird, but funny. Connor, in my science, reminds me of sponge bob. Luke Nevins, who they call Nevins because there's two Lukes, cracks tons of jokes. The best part is most of them play soccer, so I'll probably spend most of my time with them anyways.
"Hey where's Collin?" asks Cameron.
We look at Abe for an answer.
"He had to go to Gornto for tutoring." he says, still not knowing whats going on I decide to ask
"Who's Collin?"
