The first day of school went as any first day typically would. Lena and Stef yelled around the house to wake the teens who wanted nothing more than to remain in bed for the day. Stef made breakfast and lunches were packed before the teens even rolled out of bed. Brandon fought his way to get to the bathroom first. As usual, Mariana beat him to it. Nothing had changed since the previous school year. After breakfast and when everyone was ready, they all piled into the car as Lena drove off to school. Everyone had things on their mind. Lena still hadn't spoken to Monte since things went south a month prior. Jude wasn't sure how he would be without Connor in school. Mariana was anxious to see Mat. She wanted to try to work things out with him even if the chances were slim. Jesus was trying to get back into the gist of being home and back to his usual schedule. He was still going to wrestle but wasn't going to take it as seriously as he did before. At least that was his intention. As for Brandon and Callie, it was a given. They were panicked about the thought of Callie being pregnant. Before classes started, Callie and Brandon walked along the beach as she called the doctor's office to schedule a last minute appointment. They had an appointment set for 3:00.

Once school let out, Brandon and Callie walked to the doctor's office. It was only a twenty minute walk from the school. Stef was using Brandon's car for the day and Lena needed the other car to get home later in the day after meetings.

Callie walked steadily with her hands in her pockets. Brandon was more unstable and anxious than she was. The two didn't say a word the entire walk. Sometimes silence was better than pointless conversations. Brandon was by Callie's side to support her as the rock he had always been and that was enough.

The two walked into the lot of the large building. Callie's hands began to tremble for the first time that day. She let out a sigh as she fiddled with the hem on her shirt. Brandon held the door open for her as the two stepped inside the elaborate building. The floor was tile, a light shade of blue gray that reminded you of the sky after the storm. The directory pointed the two teens to the third floor. They went into the elevator apprehensively. Callie leaned against the back wall and Brandon followed, his hand by his side. He reached out slowly and grabbed ahold of Callie's.

"It'll be okay." Brandon let out in a slight whisper. Would it be okay? Neither really knew the answer to that but someone had to be positive in that situation and Brandon seemed to be the one to take on that role for the time being.

As the elevator doors opened, Brandon pulled his hand back and placed it by his side. Brandon and Callie were 'siblings' so doing anything out of the ordinary realm of sibling things wouldn't be a good thing in a public place. The two walked side by side to the desk. She checked in and waited off to the side for her name to be called. The waiting area was full of children toys. There was a little girl playing on the floor with her mom. The daughter seemingly four years old and the mother was approximately twenty or twenty-one if Callie had to guess.

The little girl stood from the floor and walked over to Callie. "I really like your hair. It's pretty." The child beamed with happiness as she stood by Callie.

Callie showed a smile. "Thank you. I like your dress."

"My daddy picked it out for me." The young girl was proud and gave a little twirl.

"Well he did a very good job."

"I'm sorry if she bothered you. She loves talking to people." The mother approached the two teens as she glanced to her daughter.

"No, no. It's okay, really. She's sweet."

"What's your name?" The young girl questioned.

"I'm Callie. This is Brandon."
