Double Trouble

Game Day

It was finally the day of the game! The day where Amanda can hang out with a friend and be a normal teenage girl!

It was 10:37am, Amanda had to meet Jocelyn outside her house at 1pm. Amanda was going to eat breakfast get dressed and then go. She had a perfect outfit plan.

She stood in her bed for about 30 minutes just checking all her social media and texting. She then decided to get up and brush her teeth and shower.

After she did her morning rituals, she went to make breakfast. Her mom usually made breakfast but Amanda told her to sleep in, she was going to make her own breakfast.

Amanda made a yogurt parfait. She put yogurt, fruit, granola, yogurt, fruit, gronola, and topped it with..yogurt!
It was delicious! It also looked so good she had to take a picture and post it!

It was 11:46, Amanda had to get dressed.

Her outfit was a cute jersey, (it wasn't really a jersey, it was just a cute pink T-shirt with the number 04 on it) shorts, and converse! She also did her specialty, the Amanda's Perfect Messy Bun.

She took like 40 selfies! Until she realized it was 12:45pm! She had to pack her tote (it was bigger than a purse but wasn't too big) she packed: sunglasses, lotion, Chapstick, water, her phone, and a mini foam finger that she had since she was 7.

It was finally 1pm! She walked out of her room to find her mom just coming out her room.

Amanda: wow mom! You woke up at 1, must've been really tired!

Mom: I was! Thanks for letting me sleep in!

Amanda: no problem! I'm going to the game with Jocelyn! I'll be back home at around 5ish..

Mom: ok have fun! Call me if anything! And be safe!

Amanda walked down the stairs, passed the kitchen, and when she passed the living room her sister was sitting on the couch, reading a magazine. Amanda tried avoiding her...but it didn't work.

Korina: where are you going?

Amanda: um...somewhere with my friend...why?

Korina: where?

Amanda: it's none of your buisness... I know we made up..but you don't have to know where I'm going.

Korina: I just wanted to know.. -rolls eyes-

Amanda: keep rolling them and they'll stay stuck.

Amanda yelled out bye and then walked out the door to find Jocelyn walking down the sidewalk.

Amanda: HEYYYY!!!

Jocelyn: Heyy!

Amanda: I can't wait to go watch the game!

Jocelyn: I know me neither!

The girls walked for about 10 minutes to get to the baseball field. The got there before it got that crowded. They got a good seat in the middle rows.

They sat down and this man came around selling peanuts, popcorn, drinks, and souvenirs.

Man: GET YOUR FOOD, ENTERTAINMENT, AND REFRESHMENTS!! GET THEM BEFORE THE GAME STARTS FOLKS!!

Amanda bought some popcorn and a little baseball player bobble head.
Jocelyn asked the man if he had any with the name Dallas or James on the jersey. Jocelyn bought a dallas one and she told Amanda to buy the James one because it was one of her friends.
