Spend A Day

Amanda woke up with a wierd feeling in her stomach, you couldn't put her finger on it though.. She was also tired because she didn't wake up this early in months.

But still, being tired and having stomach pains didn't ruin Amanda's mood for going to spend a day at Mystic Falls Highschool! Jocelyn was going to pick Amanda up because Amanda didn't know where it was.

The paper that she recieved told her to wear something appropriate and presentable. Amanda wore a pink polo shirt, a pair of dark jeans, and flats with pink jewels along the front. She wore her hair loose with a side braid.

She was told not to bring lunch or anything.. So she went with nothing except her phone and money.

She called Stefan but he didn't answer, she assumed he was sleeping.. After all.. it was only 7:15am. Anyways, Amanda left Stefan a message letting him know that if she doesn't answer it's because She was in the school during a class.

Amanda went downstairs and saw her mom making her breakfast. It seemed like she just started. Her mom looked half asleep, and was still wearing her pajamas.

Amanda quickly told her mom to go back to bed, and that she'll make her own breakfast. Also, her mom started work in a few days, Amanda wanted her to rest as much as she could.

Amanda just made some scrambled eggs with toast. She had to make a quick breakfast because Jocelyn was picking her up at 7:35.

Amanda ate, washed her dishes, got her phone, sprayed perfume on, said bye to everyone, and headed out the door. She saw that she was still
3 minutes early, she expected Jocelyn to be out there but.. she didn't judge Jocelyn because in girl world, 3 minutes is really helpful...and it was Monday.

The weather was great though, so Amanda waited on her door steps. About 5 minutes had passed when Jocelyn finally came rushing out the door. It was about to be 7:40, so they had to get there quick. Jocelyn told Amanda that the drive is only 5 minutes. It ended up taking 10 minutes...but whatever

Amanda got to the school on time, she had to go to the office to get her schedule and everything she needed to know, so Jocelyn left her at the office and went to her locker.

Amanda introduced herself and the principal seemed really nice, so did the other staff.

Amanda got a locker for the day where she put anything that she needed to store during the day.

She went to the locker which was locker 174. It was unlocked but Amanda was able to lock it if she wanted to.

While looking at the locker, the girl with the locker 175 came. She introduced herself and Amanda thought she was really nice.

Girl: Hi, do you go here.. I've never seen you before.

Amanda: no I'm here spending the day, I'm planning to come in January.

Girl: Cool! I'm Hailey, everyone who comes to visit gets a "tour guide" type person... Do you have one yet?

Amanda: um.. No I don't

Hailey: I'll be yours.. You know... If you want?

Amanda: SURE!!

Hailey: ok well first period starts in 3 minutes so We should get going.

The day went on forever. But for the most part the teachers that I met were nice, the people we nice, the school was nice... It was nice!

Lunch time finally came, but Amanda wasn't hungry so she didn't eat. Hailey invited Amanda to sit at the lunch table with her friends. She knew most of them though... It was Hailey, Jocelyn, Cameron, Theo, and Taylor who was Haileys boyfriend but Amanda didn't know him.

Cameron: I got a detention today

Jocelyn: why? What did you do

Cameron: I don't know...

Theo: HAHA! Cam was in math class, he was asked to come up and explain something on the board, and he drew a baseball and said "the square root of base is ball....

Everyone died of laughter.. And Cameron got red in the face.

Hailey: that's not the funniest and dumbest... thing he's done... One time we were in science and we had to attach the tube on a base and Cameron's asked if we had to attach it on the first, second or third base....

Everyone laughed, even Cameron this time... But he defended himself and said
"in my defense I had a game later that day.."
