Chapter 3

I woke the next morning tucked into my bed. Wait bed, i pondered curious to how I ended up in my bed when i remember passing out on the floor in jacks arms.... Oh that's how.
I slowly got out of my bed and stretched my stiff arms. ''KATE!'' My mum exclaimed. startled i jump up."What is it?" I replied i n my groggy morning voice. "Can you please go to the shops, count how much money you have this time please?" " Fine, give me a minute." I answered,slowly getting up out of bed. I got changed into my clothes (you can use your imagination) grabbed my purse and headed out. I got just outside of the shop when I heard some one shout my name. ''Kate, hey Kate'' I turned around and I saw my old bullies from my high school. ''What do you want?'' ''Can i not just say hi'' Replied Ashley the 'leader' of the group. ''The last time you said 'hi' you all beat me up'' I stated remembering the horrible memory. ''We thought it was time to say hi again'' ''NO,NO,no go away.'' But it was to late they had already crowded me and pushing me around. ''HEY!'' a familiar voice bellowed at the group. ''Hello handsome, what brings you here'' one of the other girls started to flirt with Mark.

Mark simply just pushed through the crowd of girls and walked up to me. ''Are you ok?'' Mark questioned while grabbing my hand and pulling me up from the ground.''Hi'' I muttered to Mark,looking down at the ground. ''I would suggest you leave before you get hurt.'' Mark threatened the girls before picking me up off the ground and walking away,with me in his arms.

He walked for a little before setting me on my own two feet. ''You know that is the second time I have had to save you.'' ''Thanks but this time I need to actually buy the milk.'' Mark replied '' I will wait outside for you then.'' ''Can i point out you don't even know my name'' I gave him a 'you're an idiot'' look. ''What's your name then'' ''My name is Kate'' He just smiled at me. ''Ok... I am going to go and buy some milk you can stay here if you want to''

skip going in to the shop and buying milk

I walk round to where Mark said he would be waiting for me. I get round the corner and i can't see Mark anywhere, only a pile of blood on the floor. 'Where's Mark..... WAIT BLOOD. Who's blood is that? I thought to myself. ''Mark,MARK where are you?'' I heard to men yelling, so loud the ground is shaking. (ok maybe I am over exaggerating but, .... go with it.)

''Hello,Helloooo Mark are you there?''

''You are still talking to that mutt, seriously Kate i thought you had standards.'' I voice spoke out. ''Oh no,Oh no''
I slowly turned around....
