These desserts on my plate
Are scrumptious and sweet.
They're something amazing
That I'm going to eat.
There's a sweet pecan pie
And divinity galore.
It's so savory and rich
But oh, there's so much more!
Jars of cookies
Looking like melted snowmen,
That taste like a memory
That's happening again.
I want to have another bite
Just one more lick,
But my stomach objects
I think I'm getting sick.
These desserts on my plate
So scrumptious and sweet.
I will save them for tomorrow
It will be my treat.
